It is in real-time so messages received are instant. The notification system keeps you on top of your leads. The implementation into our team was seamless with its ease of use and customer support. The integration of leads from LD are quickly moved over to our case management database with ease. We were able to make the system almost unrecognizable in that we tailored every customizabel aspect to fit our exect needs. We use it all day every day and it has completely replaced our old system. **What do you dislike about Lead Docket?** Incoming messages are recieved by all users, and there is no feature to filter out messages sent to other users, which makes it a lot harder to respond to messages in a timely manner. Adding a feature that can filter notifications only to leads assigned to you, including any messages or tasks, would increase efficiency significantly. **What problems is Lead Docket solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time consuming tasks such as creating emails, sending texts, and tracking statuses can be automated through lead docket, allowing the team more time to focus on other important tasks, and providing a more consistent message for clients. ### 6.
