There have been no downsides to this software. Ability to filter matters to run reports for particular departments so Dept Heads can see where Legal is engaged. Ability to run reports to see which Depts aren't engaging with us. Developing self-serve contracts enables the Legal team to be seen as an early adopter of technological solutions and innovative. We use Articles frequently for knowledge capture. It's really intuitive and being able to customer matter types and fields without going back to LawVu means it's really quick and easy. **What do you dislike about LawVu?** Hard to look through emails to find particular emails. LawVu's invoicing function has replaced our out-dated and manual invoicing procedure of logging external firm invoices with a smooth procedure where external firms upload invoices under matters and LawVu automatically captures important information (e.g. fees, disbursements etc.). LawVu's contract lifecycle management function is also given us much more control over what gets sent to our executive team for signing and provided us an integrated contract database to store all signed contracts. And most importantly, LawVu's team are very capable, friendly, responsive and considerate of our team's specific needs and goals. Able to customize contracts quickly with the end user not required to modify soft copies manually.
