What problems is LawDepot solving and how is that benefiting you? I ordered an operating agreement template from them a few months ago. I then saw they were charging me $49 a month for a subscription I never signed up for. When I called to inquire and get the charges reversed, the billing/finance person kept talking over me and telling me they had no record of my account. When I asked to speak to someone with finance to discuss the specific use of my card, she yelled that she was the person and I just needed to talk to my bank, and nothing more she could do. When I asked again why they couldn't find the account my card was attached to, she said she was going to hang up on me if I kept asking about the issue. She was VERY rude from the start, which makes me think they either have a ton of calls with this complaint and know what they are doing, or their customer service practice is horrendous. Which I did, as I had done two other times over the past 4 years. However the cancellation failed to go through and I just noticed I had been charged $40.95 per month for the past 4 months. When I called in, the best they were willing to do was to reverse the last charge, leaving me with a cost of $122.85 cost for this one document. Not what I call an understanding company. Email from them went to spam. I tried to cancel within 3 days and they said they would not refund, so I have given Law Depot $50 of my hard earned money for absolutely no service. Awful experience, they are clearly making money out of they're supposed to be "7 days free trial". I took the subscritption for the free 7days period on their website, during the 7days I remember having cancelled the service online but during 2 month those swindlers still took money from my bank account. When I called customer service they said they can't see that I've canceled my subscription (obviously I didn't had any proof) and that they won't reimburse even if I never connected on ther website after the trial.
