**What do you like best about LawVu?**

I find the most impactful aspect of LawVu to be the enhanced visibility and reporting suite. The ability to pull data-driven insights from our dashboards allows us to make informed decisions that ensure alignment across various departments. It not only manages tasks but also supports a culture of continuous improvement. By having a single source of truth, we can show our internal stakeholders exactly where their matters sit in the pipeline, which builds a high level of trust and transparency that we simply didn't have before.

**What do you dislike about LawVu?**

While the functionality of the platform is incredibly promising, I am mindful of the potential adoption challenges regarding change management. Because LawVu introduces a lot of simplification and fundamental improvements to how we work, there is a natural learning curve and a need for a shift in mindset. User uptake during this initial rollout phase is absolutely essential to maximizing the platform's full potential. It's not a dislike of the software itself, but rather a recognition that the people side of the transition requires a dedicated strategy to overcome the 'this is how we've always done it' mentality.

I love the integrated AI functionality in LawVu, which is a standout feature for me. It helps in a high-volume environment by summarizing lengthy matter histories and quickly extracting key terms from contracts without leaving the platform, which is a huge time saver. I also appreciate how I can stay within a single matter to find all relevant information, emails, notes, and files without having to search outside the system. This supports a seamless and intuitive end-to-end workflow. Additionally, LawVu effectively pulls together our communication tools, such as Microsoft Outlook for emails and DocuSign for signatures, into a cohesive system, ensuring real-time updates without manual work. This integrated approach is invaluable.

**What do you like best about LawVu?**

I find LawVu's intuitive user interface and ease of use incredibly valuable. It feels modern and accessible compared to other legal tech tools, which was crucial for our office since it lowered the barrier to entry for our team. We didn't need extensive training sessions; the team could start logging matters almost immediately. The way LawVu centralizes files while remaining easy to navigate is key to keeping our department running smoothly. Additionally, the initial setup was surprisingly straightforward and cloud native, which eliminated complex installations and IT overhead. The LawVu implementation team was helpful in mapping our existing folders into their matter structure, allowing us to migrate active files and onboard the team quickly.

**What do you dislike about LawVu?**

If I had to pinpoint a frustration, it would definitely be the current workflow within the spend management feature. Right now, the process feels a bit more manual than it needs to be. I find it slightly tedious that we have to enter every single invoice individually, and then wait for a multi-step approval process to clear. I would much prefer a feature that allows us to input a total project budget or a lump sum upfront against a matter. It would save us a lot of clicks if the system could just deduct from a preapproved pool rather than requiring a granular one by one entry for every billable event.

LawVu eliminates information fragmentation by centralizing documents, improving organizational efficiency. It integrates with Outlook and DocuSign, adding convenience. Switching from SharePoint and Excel reduced manual errors and fulfilled our legal workflow needs.

having to allocate new matters manually, as at the moment the system can only do this based on contract type - we don't work that way.

Helping us have all matters in one place, interacting with LSPs and the wider business from one place, reducing email traffic (to an extent).  Being able to clearly see what is active for the team is a huge benefit. Along with statistical analysis available at the push of a button.

It’s simple and intuitive. It’s a system that enables Legal Ops to build strong, scalable business processes.

There are still some basic features that aren’t available, and we don’t have a clear date for when they will be accessible. For example, standard users should be able to add members to their matters and contracts.

LawVu is the first matter management and contract management tool implemented at Getinge. We are a fairly new Legal team, with a Legal Ops infrastructure function within the company. LV is helping us identify our inefficiencies—such as the lack of strong processes—and prioritize what to improve as we mature.

I like the ease of use of LawVu, which makes visualization easy and understandable, even for the less tech-savvy in the company. I also enjoy the 'look & feel' and the conversations within the matters, as they are easy to follow.

The business portal has few functionalities and business users cannot do many necessary things. I would like business users to be able to create contracts, add members, and share in the same way as legal users.

LawVu solves problems of intake, lifecycle, repository, and reporting. It is easy to use, the visualization is clear even for the less tech-savvy, and the conversations within the matters are easy to follow.

**What do you like best about LawVu?**

LawVu is one of the few providers on the market that offers both matter management and contract management in one solution. A Word add-in allows a link to be established between the files and the edited documents, including versioning and text comparison. The user interface appears tidy, and the operation is overall intuitive. What the system does not immediately cover itself can be sensibly supplemented through integrations and additional modules. The customer service and 24/7 support are exceptional, both in terms of speed and competence and friendliness.

**What do you dislike about LawVu?**

The system language is exclusively English. Additionally, we are missing a directory for business partners to manage them centrally and clearly.

**What problems is LawVu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In order to cover matter management and contract management in the legal department with a reasonable document management system, multiple solutions are often needed. These are naturally not optimally linked with each other. With LawVu, there is a solution that meets all the essential requirements and needs of a modern legal department.

**What do you like best about LawVu?**

LawVu has been exceptional from start to finish — their commitment and customer service have been consistent from sales through to implementation and ongoing support. It’s rare to see a vendor maintain the same level of care after the sale.

For our Legal team, generic project management tools never quite fit the bill. LawVu provides exactly what we needed to track and manage legal work effectively. The business portal is also a standout feature — it’s available to everyone in the organisation at no extra cost, which has made engagement with the broader organisation much easier.

Configuration is straightforward and flexible — from matters and contracts to approval workflows and the business portal itself. You really feel in control of the system rather than reliant on the vendor to make changes.

**What do you dislike about LawVu?**

Not so much a dislike, but a caution: as LawVu continues to grow, I hope the simplicity of the platform and the quality of support remain as strong as they are now.

Our Legal team needed a way to manage and track their work — something general project management tools couldn’t handle effectively. LawVu provides visibility across all legal matters, contracts, and requests, allowing us to manage workloads and priorities more easily. The business portal has also been a huge benefit, giving everyone in the organisation a simple way to submit requests and see progress without relying on email. This has improved transparency and reduced the amount of administrative back and forth. Overall, LawVu has helped us run the Legal function more like a modern service — structured, measurable, and much easier to engage with.

The ease of use is one of my favourites, especially as it's something i use every day.  The integration into Office 365 is excellent.
It was very easy to implement across our team, and customer support is great.

In the time that i have been using Lawvu, one of the things that I dislike is that when you have a matter open, you can't easily switch to another matter.

It is helping us to have one source of truth for matters, it is increasing our efficiency due to the integrations and it enables us to store related emails and documents against the matter.

**What do you like best about LawVu?**

What I like the best of LawVu is the platform's ability to track our LSPs total billing. The invoice and contract uploading makes it very easy for our legal team to access our contracts and have them stored in one place . I also like the customer support that is offered by LawVu. It's very rare to have 24/7 support. I also enjoyed the staff that provided us with our training. Sophie, our implementation manager, was absolutely lovely and always accommodating to our schedules. Sophie was very patient and answered all of the questions we asked.

**What do you dislike about LawVu?**

I don't have any issues with LawVu at this time.

**What problems is LawVu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LawVu is solving our issue with contract management and legal spend tracking. In the past, we stored contracts on various employee's laptop hard drive. We kept a running Excel file for tracking legal spend. With LawVu, we are now able to house all of our contracts in one safe place for the identified users/administrator to have access. We are now able to track and monitor legal spend in the spending section of the platform. This platform will be used for many years to come and once we add all of our legal providers in LawVu, we can get rid of the manual Excel file.

LawVu makes collaboration incredibly easy. You can simply tag team members or assign matters and contracts directly to the relevant person, which keeps workflows moving smoothly. The platform helps ensure that everyone stays on the same page, and nothing falls through the cracks. Overall, it’s a very user-friendly and efficient tool for legal operations. I like that it's useful for cross-functional teams who need visibility and coordination across legal workstreams. It's also integrated with Docusign or Adobe

**What do you dislike about LawVu?**

I don't know because my role is a requestor, and I never had any issues using it.

**What problems is LawVu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we need Legal to review agreements like CSAs, MNDAs, or DPAs, I really appreciate how easily they can respond directly to redlines within LawVu. It keeps the review process seamless and eliminates back-and-forth emails. Plus, with the Adobe Sign integration, I no longer have to download and re-upload documents — I can send them for signature directly from within the platform. It saves time and keeps everything in one place.

**What do you like best about LawVu?**

Our team handles a wide range of matters simultaneously, often involving external suppliers. Since we're not legal experts, it's crucial to have a clear and efficient way to collaborate with our in-house legal team. A dashboard that tracks the status of each matter would help us stay organized and move swiftly through the contract process, from initiation to signature.

**What do you dislike about LawVu?**

It would be really helpful to have easier access to the documents we've uploaded to each matter. Currently, we can't view them directly within the matter, which can be confusing. A clearer way to track new comments and amendments would also improve usability.

Additionally, the way updates appear in threads especially in the Mentions and Notifications tabs isn't always intuitive. When we reply to mentions, those actions aren't reflected in the Notifications tab, which makes it hard to track progress or know if something's been addressed.

**What problems is LawVu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LawVu helps us manage a high volume of legal matters more efficiently, especially as a non-legal team working closely with external suppliers. It enables us to collaborate swiftly with our in-house legal team to get contracts reviewed and signed without unnecessary delays.

However, there are still some challenges. For example, we’d benefit from being able to easily view documents we've uploaded to a matter currently, they’re not always accessible in context, which can be confusing. A clearer way to track new comments and amendments would also improve usability. Additionally, the way updates appear in the Mentions and Notifications tabs could be more intuitive. When we reply to mentions, those actions aren’t reflected in the Notifications tab, making it harder to track what’s been addressed.

**What do you like best about LawVu?**

What I most like about Lawvu is how easy it is to navigate. With the options of having matters and drafting/ reviewing contracts through there makes it really organised. Also there is an option to have the contracts section again like stated easy to use. 

Another thing I like about Lawvu is how easy it is to delegate tasks to members of staff for example I can see what type of contract is needed. Adding on to that it is also easy in the sense that all the improvements can be made in one place rather then sending emails back and forth. In terms of the matter status, again that another brilliant thing as it allows staff to see the cycle of the contract and any updates. 

The use of integrations, I use Lawvu on word and outlook - using other platforms and being able to quickly save any new information or changes - it is again less time consuming which is a benefit. 

Lastly, I want to say the customer service from Lawvu is really good! All inquires that I have had, they have been answered in a timely manner and my issues are solved really quickly.

I think Lawvu can have more integrations - But as stated, the staff at Lawvu they do look into this in further detail which I appreciate

**What problems is LawVu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time management - I think using Lawvu has cut down on the time of sending documents to other members of staff from other departments. Having Lawvu as a platform it makes it easier as all contracts are within a matter and this gives other members of staff to see the matter overview which is easier for them to utilized.

Implementing LawVu has significantly enhanced the way the legal team at Aspire Pharma operates. The platform has brought greater organisation and structure to our workflows—particularly around contract management. With intuitive search, filtering, and categorisation tools, we've seen a notable reduction in reliance on email and improved visibility across all legal matters. The onboarding experience was exceptionally smooth. From the initial setup through to post-launch support, every member of the LawVu team was approachable, knowledgeable, and proactive. It was clear that they prioritise a people-first approach, making the entire process feel collaborative and tailored to our needs. LawVu has become an essential tool for cross-functional collaboration. It allows us to manage legal work with clear context, streamline communication with business stakeholders, and maintain consistency across all contracts and matters. Overall, LawVu has not only improved our efficiency but also strengthened the way we connect with the wider business. It’s a platform we’ve come to trust and rely on, and we look forward to continuing our journey with them.

**What do you dislike about LawVu?**

I think as an in-house team, it has been more difficult to explain matters and contracts and the difference to Business Users who do not understand the benefit to the wider team. Despite a Business Case being presented and onboarding done, follow up calls, LawVu is so focused on changing how legal work is managed (away from inboxes and spreadsheets), some teams experience a bit of friction during adoption. It’s not difficult to learn, but it does require a commitment to using the platform fully to get the most value as the business users do not fully understand the advantages or how they can customise the platform to their highly specific workflows beyond what’s currently available. Therefore there has been an issue of ease of integration due to mindset shifts which has impacted the frequency of use.

One of the biggest problems it’s addressed is the lack of centralisation and visibility across legal work. **What do you like best about LawVu?**

It's so easy to use. The UX/UI is really well designed, and the ability to self-manage and self-administer is so nice. And whenever there is something I don't know or can't figure out, the customer care team is accessible literally 24/7 and are super friendly, helpful, and responsive. The implementation team was also super knowledgeable, friendly, available for questions, and we could tell from their enthusiasm that they really believe in their product. 

We use LawVu primarily for contract lifecycle management. For our organisation, LawVu has been a substantial uplift, giving our business end users so much more visibility and control over their contracts. And for me, as the system administrator, I'm loving how easy it is for me make changes as I need them.

**What do you dislike about LawVu?**

There are some things I'd love to see improved or on the roadmap for development, such as:

1. Integration with Adobe Sign works, but isn't seamless. I need to log in to Adobe Sign every time I sent a contract for signing, even if I'm already logged in on the same browser, or even if I've just sent another agreement for signing. 

2. Upgraded automation, such as a supplier (or "other party") database would be super helpful with requests from the business, and would reduce or eliminate duplicate data or other human error. Automation around user data would be great in this way as well.

**What problems is LawVu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to the implementation of LawVu, business end users were unable to submit online requests for contract reviews, renewals, variations, etc. The process was managed manually via email, which was inefficient in a number of ways. The LawVu system allows the user to request assistance, upload all of the relevant details (including documents), and all internal comms about the request can be done through the system rather than through chains of emails. Documents can also be edited right in LawVu, or externally via the integration with Microsoft Word.

This allows files to sync automatically between LawVu and Drive, ensuring that documents are accessible and up to date across both platforms.

Another powerful feature is the integration with Gmail. Not only can email threads be saved directly within each matter, but LawVu also auto-generates labels, transforming my inbox into a more structured and manageable space. LawVu also makes it easy to customize and share views of matters within the platform, giving teams greater visibility and collaboration flexibility. While LawVu is a powerful platform for matter management, there are a few areas where enhanced functionality would further improve the experience:

1. More Robust Reporting Customization
Currently, reporting views in LawVu are somewhat limited. Users can filter matters by owner/manager, region, or matter type, but the platform lacks the flexibility to filter and report by all available fields. It would be immensely helpful to be able to segment data by additional attributes such as case type, matter topic, team, and more. This level of customization would allow managers to more easily analyze workloads, track trends, and determine how many matters are assigned to each individual—improving oversight and resource allocation.

2. Enhanced Notifications for Assigned Matters
At present, when a new matter is assigned, the notification includes only the matter name and number, which doesn’t provide sufficient context. It would be far more efficient if the notification also included the matter description and topic. This would allow attorneys and paralegals to immediately understand the nature of the matter without needing to navigate into the platform—saving time and improving responsiveness.

Efficiency and organization—LawVu helps me spend less time managing matters while keeping everything well-organized.

The support team at Lawvu are great. They are always willing to assist and generally have a very quick response time. It's always nice to talk to a real person when things get tricky. 

Another point regarding the customer support - If there is a feature that you would like to see in Lawvu that is not yet available, I have found that the team are very open to adding those features into their roadmap.

Changing platforms is never an easy task, however, we felt supported with the implementation process and numerous follow up calls to check in and see how everything was going.

Our users find the system very easy to use and it integrates nicely with Docusign. I quite like this feature as the signed document will automatically upload back to the Lawvu platform. It's easy to check where contracts are up to on the platform and also whether or not they have been sent on their way to be signed.

We like the flexibility of it as an admin user, we are able to customise the approval workflow as needed.

**What do you dislike about LawVu?**

I thought about this question for some time but I genuinely can't find something that I dislike about it. I have found it easy to use.

The only thing I would say, (but this goes for all document management systems) is that the set up takes some time and you do need to give it quite a bit of attention to get set up initially.

**What problems is LawVu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lawvu is helping people self service more and making them accountable for their tasks and contracts. Prior to using Lawvu we had another system, but the users found it difficult to use, which meant a lot of contracts were being signed outside of the platform and that made it hard to track.

User experience was quite important to us and so far we have had good feedback.

LawVu is a very useful, easy-to-use tool in my daily work. Mails oculd be saved to a thread automatically, which is a very important and time-saving function. The drag & drop function and a dedicated integration into Microsoft Office is very helpful, too. Browsing LawVu is as intuititave as browsing the explorer. 
The progress of a project can be tracked easily and LawVu fosters virtual collaboration (editing files online). The Customer Support is outstanding: very responsive and super fast.

**What do you dislike about LawVu?**

There are no "downsides", but there are a few issues which may be optimized. Sending files via LawVu is possible, but I would like to have an individual sender (or even my mail-adress) and at least a amendable subject of the system mail. Editing files online works quite well, but it appeared, that the layout is different compared to editing the file in the desktop app.

LawVu provides a very clear user interface and an easy to use tool to create different versions of a document or to upload a new version to a document. This and the great E-Mail tracking saves a lot of time.

**What do you like best about LawVu?**

I appreciate the ability to see all my matters at a glance and also update the status of the matter to keep my business stakeholders informed of the progress. It helps keep me organised and business users like the experience (even if it is a slight hassle to log a matter). The feedback from the business has been really positive! 

The integration with outlook is great and I like the ability to file emails as a thread for easier file maintenance.

**What do you dislike about LawVu?**

The messaging system within a matter is a little clunky and doesn't allow for much formatting etc. (no tables, no underlining, highlighting etc). As far as possible, it should mimic the functions in Outlook. We often workaround by sending emails and filing it into the matter but it unfortunately doesn't display so well within the matter.

Matters with new and unread messages/ emails should be differentiated either by bold text or some special icon so at a glance, I can see which matter has a new communication. Often I get the updates through email and then get directed to the matter from there.

**What problems is LawVu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

File management - sometimes with emails, you can lose track of how many things you have to attend to. With Lawvu, I know exactly what tasks I have and how many remain unresolved.

Business continuity - when someone is on away (on sick leave/ LOA etc), it's easier for someone else to read the case file and take over, as necessary.

**What do you like best about LawVu?**

LawVu has been a great addition to our department.  Previously, we used a Windows Explorer file system and we often couldn't open documents if another user was in them.  The search functionality took forever and was very laggy.  But now with LawVu, we can easily share documents.  Files are much easier to organize and maintain.  And probably most importantly to our department, we are able to find the documents, emails and files we need within seconds.  The customer support has always been excellent.  Migrating the relevant data to LawVu was quicker than expected and the rollout of the software to our staff was not painful at all.  Saving emails using an Outlook plugin is a breeze.  We use LawVu every workday and I would highly recommend it to any In-House law department.

**What do you dislike about LawVu?**

I honestly cannot think of many downsides to LawVu.  Even people who aren't very tech saavy are able to utilize LawVu.  I suppose what we were doing before was a bit easier for the novice to learn, but the benefits vastly outweigh any negatives.

**What problems is LawVu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LawVu organizes our files and makes it easier for us to work on matters as a group.  Sometimes, a critical issue arises, and we need to find a specific email or a document in a hurry.  The search functionality on LawVu is excellent.  And administering matter files is much easier on LawVu than the files based on Windows Explorer that we were using before.  Another benefit to utilizing LawVu is during evenings and weekends when I am catching up on my files, I don't have to remote into my desktop.  I'm able to access the LawVu platform directly, so it is far quicker and much less laggy than the alternative.

After submitting the forms, part of the form and all attachments become missing.  This makes the record incomplete and hard to review what have been entered/provided

It allows the person who logs a matter to initiate a legal document review process with a lawyer.  It keeps a record of the information provided

It provides enhanced visibility into our legal team's workload and progress and will allow greater transparency with our internal stakeholders/clients, creating efficient collaboration and timely access to status updates.

Though LawVu offers promising functionality I'm mindful of potential adoption challenges, particularly around change management due to a lot of simplification and improvements across our business. User uptake during the rollout will be essential to maximising it's full potential.

Access to dashboards and shared status views makes it easier to align our legal's team timelines and strategic projects/further improvements

**What do you like best about LawVu?**

LawVu has been incredible for our organization to create efficiencies in requesting legal advices and contract review. Working with the team, we were able to address the unique needs of the organization, ensuring that the features were a good match, and that our thoughts were considered on potential additions to features that would better serve us. Overall, we are have been supported in getting new team members on board and making the best use of the software.

**What do you dislike about LawVu?**

The only thing we have a challenge with is that our organization does not operate on Office 365, and therefore some of the add-ins do not work. However, as one of the few organizations not yet using the Office365 system, this isn't a LawVu issue, but merely an incompatibility. Despite this, LawVu has provided work-arounds whereever possible so that we can get nearly the full functionality of add-ins.

**What problems is LawVu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most challenging for our organization is that requests for legal advice sometimes get overlooked in the many emails received in a day. This leaves individuals and ourselves scrambling at the last minute. LawVu provides a simple place for us to find, store, and respond to requests, with easy tracking, and clear communication tools.

I can self-service NDAs, quickly see the status of open items, and reference past conversations quickly.

The persmissioning at different levels took a while to figure out. At first, marketing/business users couldn't view any attachments within tickets, which made things difficult. That has since been resolved.

I manage a few dozen vendor relationships, including the contracts for each. LawVu made it easy to centralize the process for storing, updating, and recording changes to each.

Can sometimes run slow, eg integration with outlook and LwVu can take some time to save/link emails, it takes a while to recognise that someone else has already saved an email to a matter which creates delays in filing and getting through emails quickly

**What problems is LawVu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficiency, visibility for the business.  At the moment it has not been rolled out to the business but we anticipate it will free up alot of time and create transparency for others to see what legal is doing.  Also a chance to streamline legal intake so that work is requested correctly and appropriately delegated to the correct team members.

It allows for a good amount of tailoring to the ways we work across various functions. The implementation seemed to be easy. It's pretty intuitive.

**What do you like best about LawVu?**

Once configured, it works simply and our clients are able to submit requests quickly and track them. It helps us keep track of our department work in a clear way out-of-the-box and the views we have configured make specific inquiries even simpler. The ability to configure it to how your team and company understands the entry point is a plus

**What do you dislike about LawVu?**

The conditional logic of the intake portals is not as mature as we'd like. The system has some strange word choices which sometimes confuses people but they're not barriers overall - we do have to educate on them. I wish you could link to more information from within an intake flow (on the business user side) and could customize instructions (e.g., how to get to e-signature) within the platform to clear things up for non-frequent customers.

**What problems is LawVu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of our work, where it comes from. It now provides us with useful data to help us make better decisions about personnel, training opportunities, automation opportunities and overall volume. Work is now directed to the lawyer or team handling that work which saves everyone a lot of notifications and unnecessary clutter.

It's intuitive and easy to use, making it the perfect central repository for all our legal agreements. Our contracts are centralised, secure, and easily accessible. **What do you like best about LawVu?**

The LawVu platform offers an intuitive and comprehensive legal solution for our business. The onboarding process was straightforward, and we received outstanding support from Sophie, our implementation lead. LawVu frequently releases updates that introduce valuable new features to the platform.

**What do you dislike about LawVu?**

There are still some features we need from the platform that it currently lacks. However, we have regular meetings with our account manager who collaborates with us to ensure that proposed new functionality is fed in to their development team.

**What problems is LawVu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LawVu has enabled us to centralise our legal query intake process and offer business users real-time updates on the progress of their requests. This has reduced the need for unnecessary follow-ups. Additionally, the document creation feature has supported our initial move toward automating standard contract templates, which has proven to be a significant time-saver.

LawVu has a file-based - very clear and easy to understand - filing system, with a good search function. The service-oriented approach is emphasized here: Very fast support or assistance is always guaranteed. The integration of the system and the customization (within the system) to our needs went smoothly. We use it daily, and it greatly facilitates our workday.

**What do you dislike about LawVu?**

The most difficult part here is to adjust the way of working accordingly - how do I create a file; when do I create a file, ... One should actually think carefully about this in advance to make the rollout in the work area as easy as possible (changes are not easy for everyone) :)

**What do you like best about LawVu?**

Having a single source of truth for all our legal department's needs is a great way to ensure we our capturing and maintaining historical business knowledge, advice and past resources in a manner that allows the team to focus on bigger projects. We are able customize numerous workflows such as litigation, vendor management, regulatory business advice, marketing reviews and more to better streamline our processes in an easy to use way.

**What do you dislike about LawVu?**

Being that this is an all-in-one solution for legal needs, there are some areas that lack which is understandable - a program that allows customization on so many fronts can not be perfect for every subgroup's needs, but LawVu is constantly updating their features based on customer feedback which has been great. One of our biggest asks was implementing a way for business users to access the files they submit to legal for review, which is currently being fixed and rolled out.

**What problems is LawVu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LawVu has given us a way to effectively capture all of our business advice in a single source-of-truth which allows our team to look back on past advice and keep to a uniform approach when handling such requests. We are also able to track which kind of reoccuring problems we receive so we have the ability to report to executives on potential problem areas that need to be resolved so the business maintains best practices.

Generally, LawVu is a great product. It could be improved by increasing the functionality of the app so that LawVu can be accessed on the move.

LawVu provides a central place for business users to raise requests to the legal team and to create contracts, rather than requests coming via email, Teams or face to face.
