Latitude.sh (formerly Maxihost) attracted me initially because of the incredible flexibility you have when setting up your server with custom operating systems or hypervisors. Their prices are also very fair. I continue to host with them because time after time their customer service is incredible. The upsides to their platform are that I can near-instantly start-up a bare metal dedicated server. I suppose support could be a little faster, but in general, if you mark something as being down, they get to it in around 30 min. Recommendations to others considering Latitude.sh: Definitely give it a shot, The interface is on par with places like DigitalOcean and Vultr, and they have been continuously adding features while we have been with them.
