What do you like best about Latitude.sh?

Latitude.sh (formerly Maxihost) attracted me initially because of the incredible flexibility you have when setting up your server with custom operating systems or hypervisors. Their prices are also very fair. I continue to host with them because time after time their customer service is incredible. They always go above and beyond to help with whatever questions or scenarios I have thrown at them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Latitude.sh?

While their networking is very capable I would like to see more SDN and NFV capabilities. I would also love to see a drag and drop sort of infrastructure creation tool where you can map out your storage, compute, etc and draw wires to create a logical representation of what you are about to deploy. What do you like best about Latitude.sh?

The upsides to their platform are that I can near-instantly start-up a bare metal dedicated server. Just about as fast as a VPS, and I have full root control of it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Latitude.sh?

So far we havent found too many downsides. I suppose support could be a little faster, but in general, if you mark something as being down, they get to it in around 30 min. They don't include support as the main thing like managed hosts, so having it at all is a godsend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Latitude.sh:

Definitely give it a shot, The interface is on par with places like DigitalOcean and Vultr, and they have been continuously adding features while we have been with them. Things just keep getting better. The network speeds are also great, starting at 1GBps minimum, instead of being limited to 100M as many places are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Latitude.sh solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having a decent, fast server, that doesnt cost hundreds more per month than it needs to like with managed hosting. We are able to load our software in place and get everything going quickly. We can also expand rapidly as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
