Last Chance is a Klaviyo app that transforms both your unsubscribe experience and preference center into a retention and revenue opportunity. Instead of sending subscribers to a dead-end unsubscribe page, Last Chance provides a fully branded experience where customers can pause emails, reduce frequency, select content preferences, or claim an incentive to stay. It also enhances your preference center, making it easier for subscribers to manage how often and what they hear from you, helping reduce churn before they ever unsubscribe. On top of that, Last Chance tracks what happens after someone visits your unsubscribe page or updates preferences, including orders and revenue, and enables A/B testing so you can continuously optimize your lifecycle experience. Built for Shopify brands, it connects subscriber behavior with real purchase data to uncover hidden revenue and improve retention.

**What do you like best about Last Chance?**

I like that Last Chance simplifies the process to create preference and unsubscribe pages, making it look much nicer and allowing me to easily see the retention metrics and results. It's been easy to work with the company because they are accessible and open to suggestions. Setting it up was straightforward since they helped us with the setup, and it's also quite manageable if you have some development experience.

**What problems is Last Chance solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Last Chance simplifies creating preference and unsubscribe pages, making them easier to set up than in Klaviyo. It looks nicer and provides valuable retention metrics, helping us identify customer retention opportunities and the impact of our strategies.
