We were so impressed by the level of candidates we spoke with that we're already thinking of ways we can use Laskie again in the future! **What do you dislike about Laskie?** Laskie takes time at the beginning of their process to source candidates. At first, due to the urgency of our hiring process, we thought it would be too slow. Instead, we found that Laskie was able to bring us outstanding candidates. Looking back, I appreciate their communication around timeline and expectations because they really held up their end of the deal. **What problems is Laskie solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a small startup without a dedicated recruitment team, Laskie helped us source quality candidates from around the country. The consistent communication from the team was the best part of working together and appreciated the reporting also sent to us. **What do you dislike about Laskie?** The only downside was having to replace one of the contractors through the process, but Laskie found a quick replacement that was able to get a candidate through to offer stage. **What problems is Laskie solving and how is that benefiting you?** Laskie was solving hiring for new markets in Brazil and Mexico which was benefiting Indeed trying to hire in these new locations for software engineer positions. ### 9.
