
I like the weekly follow-up through update sessions. LaPieza has helped us streamline and actively recruit a very specific profile, which is complicated as it requires experience in entrepreneurship, health, and institutional sales. We have managed to evaluate 8 qualified profiles for the position, and we have obtained 85% of our total interviews from the pool of candidates provided by LaPieza.
