Also it helps me to do complete customization. It allows you to import CSV file. In graph conformance visualisation is a plus . **What do you dislike about LANA Process Mining?** This is a complete tool, it has every feature you need for your mining. But process benchmarking for visual comparison and metric comparison is not there. Also price is towards Little higher side. **What problems is LANA Process Mining solving and how is that benefiting you?** It comes with tons of features such as As-is process visualisation, process animation, process benchmarking etc. Apart from this, it can help you to manage database by using jdbc driver. ### 2. Support for data extraction and loading is around the corner with their ETL functionality. In addition to these, there are a lot more features that are missing when compared to other Process Mining technologies. **What problems is LANA Process Mining solving and how is that benefiting you?** An easy-to-access surface which enables uploading of own data to perform process mining. With the added benefits of integration to the existing infrastructure while ensuring top-notch security. It has a plethora of unique capabilities that are missing or not bundled together in the other process mining tools out there. ### 3. Plus the front part also has low code interface for dashboarding Applying filters is also low code. **What do you dislike about LANA Process Mining?** The UI is not the best and hence doesnot provide best user experience. No error logs available. Limited out of box anaylsis and connectors. Seperate modules for ETL and Dashboarding.
