The project - folder - experiment hierarchy makes it simple and saves precious time when I want to access an old experiment. I also like the form elements tool, which in my eyes organizes well the protocols and results that are frequently used. The support team is interested in users' problems and suggestions and more than a few times these suggestions were assimilated into the product. **What do you dislike about Labguru ELN LIMS?** The spreadsheet tool, and possibly few other tools, needs some improvement. I also like that it is alike a virtual lab, with all the recipes, protocols, experiments and results of all the lab members easy to use and access at all tiimes. **What do you dislike about Labguru ELN LIMS?** I don't like how confusing the user interface is, how expensive it is. The tutorial videos are hard to find and locked, you can only watch a video of your choice if you have watched all the others.
