Labguru solves a range of problems including the tracking of customised tasks within projects to users, the completion of these tasks, and the intuitive recovery of reports and sample information. Labguru ELN is well-organized into various tabs and subsections, such as the E-Notebook tab being conveniently categorized into project, experiment, protocol, and SOP subsections. In addition, the LIMS part of the software is very easy to use as we were able to map out all the different storage locations in the lab and populate them with inventory items. It also sends us an alert every time an item is below its desired stock level which lets us know we need to order more. We use it daily to manage strain data, experiments, and inventory, and it’s quickly become essential to our lab. The customer support team is responsive and approachable, even with the time zone difference from Australia. What we love: - The ability of templates for setting up and documenting experiments / tests. - Never have to worry about losing the notebook - Note-book sharing and co-sign system, - flexibility of implementation within a QMS system -Tracking of consumable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What could be improved: - Not a fan of the constant 2-factor login - Would love to see a shortcuts with most recent docs - Excel function / table can be a bit laggy - Adding pictures isn't super smooth We would love to have the ability to work with an iPad and allow for sketching using the pencil Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
