What do you like best about Lab Thread?

I and my team appreciated how integrated the notebooks were alongside parts and protocols. Having all documents and labelled sequences next to each other made it very useful when it came to writing our final paper. The assistance provided by the LabThread team was also exceptional, and they kept close contact with us in effort to improve their product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lab Thread?

The functionality of the software was perfectly fine - if anything could be improved it would simply be the UI. The home page in which you can click through each ELN seems slightly more complicated and difficult to use than a standard google doc file system. The site itself runs quite smoothly with occasional bugs (i.e one time I was unable to access the home page despite being signed in and connected to wifi). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lab Thread solving and how is that benefiting you?

The general lack of organisation in most lab projects where file systems are being thrown around is a significant source of error, particularly in undergraduate-led labs such as mine (there are often cases of data being left unlabelled/mislabelled in different folders, and promptly being lost).
