Their workflow for adding the same or similar product improves the speed of products to market. Also, their tech support is outstanding. For all the features Kyozou provides, it is worth the money. **What do you dislike about Kyozou?** I think users have a wealth of knowledge on using any system. Kyozou should form user groups to facilitate more grassroots interaction and improve users' understanding of the system. The workflows need some improvements too. Also, it would be nice if software developers would program more for simple user interface than programming ease. **What problems is Kyozou solving and how is that benefiting you?** Kyozou provides an affordable inventory management system. ### 2. Our most vital platform has been eBay, and as eBay has continually thrown curveballs at sellers, Kyozou has helped us adapt and overcome those hurdles. Integration with Shopify has been a fantastic addition that has helped us out as well. **What do you dislike about Kyozou?** It can be time-consuming to manually complete or correct tasks that don't automate as expected. When the automation works, it's great, but making manual adjustments takes a lot of clicking through multiple screens. On the whole, though, so much time is saved through automation that it is ultimately worth it. **What problems is Kyozou solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a lot of unique pieces of inventory -- millions of SKUs. Kyozou has helped us manage this as our inventory has grown. Since we list all of this on eBay, the Kyozou interface with eBay with automatic listing and relisting has made it possible to list the volume we do and manage it without becoming overwhelming. ### 3. For a larger company with more volume and a single person dedicated or mostly dedicated to running the program, it would be much easier for the less often performed tasks. There have been a few snafus that were handled quickly by the Kyozou team. The day to day operations of inventory management, sales and invoicing are a dream. The tech support has been really good and most things were handled very quickly. **What do you dislike about Kyozou?** Kyozou is a VERY complex system. Because I am a one-man business with low volume at the moment, it isn't easy to remember each and every operation needed to completely run the program. The learning curve is very long since something may come up that I did 6 months ago, and I have to ask how to perform the task. Any real problems that took more than hoped for time to fix were outside of Kyozou, from VIP Parcel or something else. The creation of the inventory locations was a real bear at first, but is effective now. It would have been nice to have been able to enter a location than having to create the location before creating the item! It is quite robust and effective, though. Cancellation of orders from eBay does not seem to work well and leaves many inventory items with "items in unclosed orders" which are not there when I look and no way to correct in inventory! Creative adjustment of inventory becomes necesary. **Recommendations to others considering Kyozou:** Make sure you take the time to go over things you may not use often. Try to print or obtain a user manual. **What problems is Kyozou solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1. Hoping to reposition my logo on my invoices, still waiting. 2. Hoping to have the ability to use variables in eBay sales, but that appears to be an eBay problem. 3. Creating bundles has been difficult to the point of not doing them, and I was told not to try. If you need something, the developers can add in just about any function you can dream. The technical support team is very patient and always available to answer questions. **What do you dislike about Kyozou?** Sometimes there is a cost involved to add in additional functions. However, Kyozou is always up-front about what those costs will be and very responsive to getting you exactly what you need. **Recommendations to others considering Kyozou:** If there is a function you need that you do not think Kyozou can accommodate, reach out to the technical support team. There are many options for exporting and modifying data en masse, which is a huge benefit. Its reporting system is especially extensive -- there are 30+ premade report templates and the Kyozou team can build custom ones for very reasonable fees. Additionally, their inventory location tracking is quite good. There's support for multiple warehouses, shelving units within those warehouses, and more, which make it easy to administer a complex, widely-varied inventory like ours. In short, their backend administration options are their biggest strength. **What do you dislike about Kyozou?** Firstly, the e-commerce site that you can use with Kyozou isn't great. Before we switched to Shopify, our site was very ugly, slow, a total pain to modify, and hardly mobile responsive. This is Kyozou's biggest flaw. **What problems is Kyozou solving and how is that benefiting you?** As stated, we have unusually complex inventory control requirements. Kyozou's administration makes it relatively painless to address these needs. ### 6.
