A lot of praise that would never have been passed around is now being cemented in writting for everyone to see. Our office uses it constantly for every birthday as well as monthly shoutouts. It is super user friendly and easy to use. Multiple people can post on the same board. They're always available to the person they're sent to so if you get one you can review much later. There's a way for people who receive to Thank through Kudoboard so they don't have to know everyone's email. I am regularly asked to create them for the team. We use these for work anniversaries so we do hundreds per year. **What do you dislike about Kudoboard?** I don't like that you need to have everyone log in to post to a board. It would be nice to do a post without logging in. As a Kudoboard "creator", I like how easy it is to create an easily editable personalized board. I also like how easy it is to share the board with anyone and then "officially" share it with the recipient. I also like that there is a "board history" so that I can refer to old boards, if needed. **What do you dislike about Kudoboard?** 2 things: 1. Not easy to edit user provided photos as the background 2. It provides a "human element" opportunity in a remote environment that sometimes can feel more mechanical on a day-to-day basis. My team uses it for everyones birthdays, for promotions, or when people are moving away- I typically use it a few times a month! I like that there are different options for boards and the backgrounds as well. **What do you dislike about Kudoboard?** I would appreciate an option to schedule the delivery for a specific time. On my end I can only schedule it on the hour, but sometimes it does not align with when I need it sent. It's not feasible in my organization for in-person signing of cards since we have multiple offices and thousands of employees, and this eliminates that issue. We've also received very positive feedback about the options provided to the receiver, such as printing off the board or turning it into a photobook. The variety of customization options for users is also appreciated, as well as the ability to include important photos in the board. **What do you dislike about Kudoboard?** I really don't have anything negative to say - my only suggestion would be to allow more customization options (such as including emojis/symbols) in the text boxes. **What problems is Kudoboard solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves the issue of ensuring everyone who wants to sign a card for an employee is able to do so. I hope that they can increase the # of contributors for the free version but also the upper tiers.
