KROCK.io has been useful for keeping creative feedback organized instead of having comments spread across email and chat. I mainly use it when reviewing videos and design files because reviewers can leave comments exactly where changes are needed. That has reduced confusion and made revision rounds much smoother. The platform works well overall, but the interface takes some time to get comfortable with, especially if you're inviting people who haven't used proofing tools before. Overall it works very well, never crashes and helps us saving time with feedback purposes with the ability to draw on the video or adding images, links or files in a comment. The whole stages vs folders is a bit strange of a concept. Unfortunately, the files sometimes default to 360p instead of 720 or 1080, which is annoying.
