I used to use Techsmith video reviewer. The upload and review process does everything that Video Reviewer did and much more. The ability to assign Status, and @mentions to target comments and create Storyboards (with import and export added as a feature request) takes it to another level. It also has a Gant-type view (Workload), where you can assign tasks, set start/end dates and keep the progress of the status of projects. I cannot rate Krock.io highly enough. I love it! **What do you dislike about KROCK.io?** Inviting SMEs required them to create an account to gain access to my workspace. Creating this account provides them with a trial workspace and permanent access to my workspace. Once the trial ended, they got emails about losing access that confused them. I did raise this with Krock.io, and this was addressed. No longer an issue. **What problems is KROCK.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Review/Approval process of scripts and videos. Where multiple SME's are involved, having all the comments in one place makes tracking/actions simple and efficient. Incorporate the comments, check them off and re-upload the revised version. ### 9.
