I used to use Techsmith video reviewer. The upload and review process does everything that Video Reviewer did and much more. The ability to assign Status, and @mentions to target comments and create Storyboards (with import and export added as a feature request) takes it to another level. It also has a Gant-type view (Workload), where you can assign tasks, set start/end dates and keep the progress of the status of projects. I cannot rate Krock.io highly enough. Creating this account provides them with a trial workspace and permanent access to my workspace. Once the trial ended, they got emails about losing access that confused them.
