It is a combination of multiple features including story board creation which we can use with our team to create campaigns and help a lot for video editing to leave a comment to avoid unecesarry edits and back and forth, it makes your review process streamlined and save a lot of time. A combination of good customer support plus tools, easy to use, and video editing is on top of the same. Avoid unnecessary back and forth with your team, easy to write and read any comments. Everything. I used to use Techsmith video reviewer. The upload and review process does everything that Video Reviewer did and much more. The ability to assign Status, and @mentions to target comments and create Storyboards (with import and export added as a feature request) takes it to another level.

It also has a Gant-type view (Workload), where you can assign tasks, set start/end dates and keep the progress of the status of projects.

Inviting SMEs required them to create an account to gain access to my workspace.

Creating this account provides them with a trial workspace and permanent access to my workspace.

Once the trial ended, they got emails about losing access that confused them. I did raise this with Krock.io, and this was addressed. No longer an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As for our basic needs in animation and video production process we totally satisfied with Krock.io and can definitely recommend this platform that gives the opportunity to control the projects at different stages, leave comments that are visible only to the team while making some adjustments, alert your team of a review need. I've been using this platform for 6 months and I've never regretted it!!!

What I like about Krock is

- that you can find all versions of the project in one click. It's comfortable for us as for our clients to observe work dynamics.

- real-time communication with the client and developers in Krock
