I love this platform so much. It is capable of doing so many incredible things to fit the needs of our upcoming library. The most amazing part of this whole process has been the customer service aspect. Nadeen Amr is possibly the best customer service rep for a company I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She answers every question I have had (and I have had a lot of them)! She answers thoroughly and leaves no questions unanswered. For months we have been working on a project and she is always there for us when we need help or have more questions. I have had over 5 Zoom calls with her to discuss, and get in-depth with some product features. She is so helpful and always has an amazing attitude. I can't say enough about her :) I am lucky to have her help through this harrowing process of creating an online library. Thank you so, Nadeen.

Kotobee Author allows you to configure the layout prior to working on the document and this is great as it gives the user full control over the authoring process. The user interface is also modern and intuitive for beginners that are getting started. The software also allows you to import PDFs and ePub files.

The ability to play around in the source mode also allows advanced users the ability to style their content much more fluidly than most other authoring tools on the market. I need to still work through the full process from authoring through packaging to delivering; currently nothing I dislike. I could not package with my trial, nor deliver to my mobile as a trial.
