**What do you like best about Kortexe?**

The ROI is immediate. Within the first few weeks, the agent was qualifying visitors we would have lost — people who browsed the site without contacting us. For a tool priced between €99 and €299/month, the value-to-cost ratio is hard to beat. The setup was faster than expected: the agent is trained on your own content, so it speaks with your exact tone and arguments, not generic AI phrasing.

**What do you dislike about Kortexe?**

The back-office is functional but still maturing — some configuration options require a manual step with the team rather than being fully self-serve. That said, the support is responsive enough that it has never been a blocker. Would love to see more out-of-the-box analytics directly in the dashboard.
