They have been absolutely standout, very happy, and willing to help whenever I've had queries or concerns. I'm also on the pro level, which includes a bit of support from the team, and thanks to that, the setup was super easy because they did all the work for me. **What do you dislike about Konnectify?** Nothing so far! **What problems is Konnectify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Konnectify solves the lack of native API connection between Nookal and Go High Level. It provides an effective intermediate platform with great customer service, unlike other options I've tried. ### 2. Our turnaround time for customers’ app integration requests has become remarkably faster with Konnectify. What’s impressive is that we can develop our own integration marketplace without a developer. We use many apps. Konnectify customized our marketplace easily, and we could increase app usage easily. **What do you dislike about Konnectify?** Nothing so far. The App library is a little limited, but they are rapidly adding apps every week. Looks quite promising. **What problems is Konnectify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our integration process is more streamlined now. Earlier, our engineering team’s time was split between working on our core functionalities and meeting customer integration requirements. Rolling out new integrations could take 3-4 weeks + maintenance and troubleshooting additionally. Now we don’t spend much time into dedicated infrastructure and ongoing maintenance. Our GTM team can enable the new integration requests efficiently. ### 10. The tool os also extremely easy to implement and use. **What do you dislike about Konnectify?** Intuitiveness in UI can be better and they have actually taken significant steps in changing their UI and UX as part of their latest release. Therefore nothing in particular that I dislike about. **What problems is Konnectify solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ease at which it integrates with CRM tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc. is benefiting us high time.
