Our turnaround time for customers’ app integration requests has become remarkably faster with Konnectify. What’s impressive is that we can develop our own integration marketplace without a developer. The App library is a little limited, but they are rapidly adding apps every week. Earlier, our engineering team’s time was split between working on our core functionalities and meeting customer integration requirements. Rolling out new integrations could take 3-4 weeks + maintenance and troubleshooting additionally. Now we don’t spend much time into dedicated infrastructure and ongoing maintenance. With Konnectify, we can easily assign tasks to others, keep our customer information organized, and see how things are progressing. The features called Lookups and Smart Forms make it simple for information to move between our apps. I want to give a big shout-out to Karthik and the team for their excellent support and help in getting started.
