**What do you like best about Kompass?**

I like that is has so many functions with the projects and the time keeping aspect. It also makes tracking expenses very easy to do. I like that I can see what other departments are doing too.

**What do you dislike about Kompass?**

I dislike that you can not out punctuation marks on the time sheets. I also do not like that it makes you drawl on the map when you are creating a new project, it doesn't work half the time.

**What problems is Kompass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me to organize projects, time keeping and detailed expenses. I can also track the leads that we already have but I do not use it for Lead Capture.

**What do you like best about Kompass?**

Not a useful service. Data quality is poor compared to competing services.

**What do you dislike about Kompass?**

They contacted us to ask if we’d like to renew our contract near the end of the first year term.

We said we didn't want to as the service was not useful.

They informed us that the opportunity to give notice had passed and we are locked in for another year. We refused to pay and they sold our contract onto debt collectors.

Extremely poor business practice and exploitative contract terms (60 day notice period on SaaS with 1yr auto renewal).

Don't.

None.

**What do you like best about Kompass?**

It lists top management, sales figures and also give SIC codes, which is helpful when trying to classify companies by industry.

**What do you dislike about Kompass?**

Sometimes the information is not always current, so you might have to check other sources for accuracy.

**Recommendations to others considering Kompass:**

It is very good for international companies.  Most sources I have used are for US or Canada companies.

**What problems is Kompass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting sales figures and SIC codes is the most helpful since not too many sites I have used provide this information.
