I got them accurately and I would like to stay with Joan for a long time as they are very helpful. **What do you dislike about Koan?** There was nothing to dislike about koan. Everything was done in a proper manner and I loved it. But the communication could have been better I guess with the emails and all. **Recommendations to others considering Koan:** They should use it. **What problems is Koan solving and how is that benefiting you?** Market research and other things that I couldn't solve and I needed a data for the research and that's how koan helped me out in the market research and I was glad. ### 2. You can use Koan as a tool to have an accountable track record. **What do you dislike about Koan?** Sometimes it feels it can be a repetitive task. The main problem that might come up is that people tend to have their weekly koan evaluations the same week after week. **Recommendations to others considering Koan:** I would recommend having a demo or a 1-month trial to understand if this tool is what you are expecting. **What problems is Koan solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps you to keep a track record of what people have been working on, problems they came up with, and helping with reviews at the end of the quarter.
