We have only been with Knowledge city briefly but in that time, they have help advance our onboarding training to a new level. When I went to them with a bottleneck in the onboarding process, they worked with me to fix it, coming up with a solution and getting it approved in just a short period. Any time I reach out to them with a new Idea, they take it and run with it. For example, our employees use knives daily. I expressed the need for a knife safety video, and they were able to go back to their team, discuss the idea with them and get back to me and let me know that their team agreed this would be a beneficial training opportunity. I like the quality of the training they provide and also the fact that you can have unlimited access to all the lessons. There are a lot of features that my employer could customize depending on which aspects of the training a candidate needs to catch up on. The support is also excellent.
