# How do you streamline recurring training reassignments in KnowledgeCity learning paths?

We use KnowledgeCity because the course library covers a lot of core topics, and it’s fairly straightforward to assign courses and track who has completed training. It’s helped us organize onboarding and ongoing training without creating all the content ourselves, and it’s reduced HR admin work. The main challenge is that setting up automatic reassignments within learning paths feels less streamlined than it could be, even though it works. How are others managing recurring training and keeping learning paths organized over time?

We’re using KnowledgeCity across multiple departments for leadership and management training, and building learning paths by team has helped keep everything organized. The reporting tools are a big help since I can track progress in one place without chasing each department for updates. My only hurdle is that there are a lot of features and we probably aren’t using them fully yet, so more built-in tips for discovering those tools would make ongoing management easier.
