**What do you like best about Knova?**

I think Knova is based on a simple design philosophy: simplifying the help desk agent's job leads to increased productivity, happier clients, and happier employees.

**What do you dislike about Knova?**

I don't feel anything in Knova for disliking but they should improve their UI design and make user friendly.

**What problems is Knova solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By offering a common knowledge base and optimizing procedures, Knova enables agents to resolve questions more quickly and correctly.
