I love the versatility and the great variety of products that this platform handles which makes it one of the most complete of today, its huge online catalog makes everything easier and faster to use.

**What do you dislike about knawat?**

It seems to me that the support does not answer in time to my needs, besides I would like a little more color to the site.

It facilitates 100% the logistics of the company makes it faster and more accessible to the public, which makes it a very important app, the inventory is very well optimized with this application due to its easy handling.

We were looking for various products for our fashion brand. Knawat is our one-stop solution where we can find all details by filtering product type and language.

**What do you dislike about knawat?**

Slow response time and high shipping costs are significant drawbacks. They need to work a bit more on their customer support team, Rest all the features are good to go.

**What problems is knawat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The importing process is flexible, and we can receive our shipment within a week. Only a few websites provide Multilingual support feature that is most acknowledged.

Good support from the team, and were responsive initially  .

**What do you dislike about knawat?**

The shipping cost is too high. I think the shipping charge should be reduced to 40 or a maximum of 45 SAR to be competitive with other companies' shipment costs.

**What problems is knawat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Small shop owners can skip the usual distribution channel.
