**What do you like best about Kipps.AI?**

Kipps.AI makes it incredibly easy to build and deploy AI agents across multiple channels - chat, voice, and WhatsApp — without needing deep technical expertise. The interface is intuitive, and the support for RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) ensures the bots can give accurate, context-aware answers from our own data. I also appreciate their responsiveness as a team — setup and onboarding were smooth, and the voice bot quality is excellent compared to competitors.

**What do you dislike about Kipps.AI?**

There’s not much to dislike, but I’d say the analytics dashboard could offer deeper customization options.

**What problems is Kipps.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kipps.AI is helping us automate customer interactions across both chat and voice channels. Earlier, handling repetitive queries and lead qualification required a lot of manual effort and coordination between teams. With Kipps.AI, our AI agents now handle these interactions 24/7, provide instant responses from our internal knowledge base, and even escalate complex cases to humans seamlessly. This has significantly improved our response time, reduced operational load, and enhanced overall customer experience.

The team offers excellent support whenever I encounter any issues, whether it's with using the product or with customization.

**What do you dislike about Kipps.AI?**

There may be limited integration with other platforms and the analytics support is not yet fully developed, as it is still in progress. However, for my needs, it is working fine.

**What problems is Kipps.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving better customer experience to the user using ai voice agent.
