What I like most about Kiku AI is that it genuinely shifts recruitment from manual admin to intelligent qualification.

**What problems is Kiku AI Screening solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Kiku, our recruiters were spending hours manually screening CVs, sending texts, chasing responses, and still ending up with inconsistent candidate quality. Kiku changed the front end of our process completely. The AI pre-screens every applicant using structured, consistent questioning, which protects quality early and removes bias from initial conversations.

The biggest win for us has been time and focus. Instead of speaking to everyone, recruiters now only speak to candidates who have passed structured AI screening. That means better conversations, higher intent candidates, and more energy spent where it actually matters.

It’s not about replacing recruiters — it’s augmented intelligence. The AI handles the repetitive filtering, and the recruiter steps in at the right moment to build connection and move strong candidates forward.

From a reporting perspective, having clean data on completion rates, drop-offs, and pass-through stages has also been a huge advantage. It gives us visibility we simply didn’t have before.

It’s practical, scalable, and genuinely improves the quality of the pipeline.
