What I love most about Khoros is its super simple interface that makes it really easy to use.

It would be beneficial if Khoros could offer us the option to adjust the font size within the tool. Nonetheless, I appreciate most of its features.

**What do you like best about Khoros Social Media Management?**

I was doing freelancing for one my friends, he has his own business and he was creative director over there. After a research to manage their social media channel, I got to know about Khoros, and we started using one of the feature, which is Social Median Management. To be honest, posting a content across many of us social channel was really less time consuming. And also we used schedule our posting time. Another thing was tracking the comments on the contents and mentions too.

**What do you dislike about Khoros Social Media Management?**

So far, as we have very small group of people, we found it as a somewhat expensive. And documentation should be more clear and concise. Because, no one wants to spend more time to learn the new platform. Overall I found it as a good platform.

**What problems is Khoros Social Media Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I discussed, managing social media is easy than what appointing a people. We could now manage our content delivery across multiple social accounts. So far, we're using this feature only.

The tool provides accurate volume of queues and also the option to get back to your conversations.

The tool sometimes has issue like tagging jira tickets and also automatically logs out due to no response.

The issue about khoros logging out the system as soon as this has been fixed we can keep our availability rate going normal.

Khoros is userfriendly, you will see which social media customers are using to contact you, also it provides all the details about customer's account and also you can save notes.

What I do not line is the notification system. Sound is very poor, they should include more options for listening notifications.

While I was working at BMW Turkey, Khoros was the tool that Global Marketing Team which is based in Munich upload all the social media assets so that our agency can use it easily, I was in between guy between agency and the global marketing team, I have had a user account where I onboard the agency people first.

**What do you dislike about Khoros Social Media Management?**

The search mechanism was not working great because sometimes global send us two assets such as IMG779 and IMG778, I know that sometimes we are having hard time to find both of them even my search query was starting with IMG77..

**What problems is Khoros Social Media Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Imagine you are getting 30 GB of social media packages every month from global marketing team, if there were no Khoros having them downloaded and then transferred to agency people would be mess, not only it will take time but also due to company firewalls it would be too difficult.

By connecting all our social media accounts we are able to plan easily and in advance our publications and be sure to monitore all comments that are related to our brand.

**What do you dislike about Khoros Social Media Management?**

Khoros Marketing doesn't include TikTok for the Inbox part. Which means community managers have to check comments natively. Fortunately Khoros Care does if you subscribe to this "add-on".

Merging all our social media accounts into one platform is a time saving in term of publishing and comments monitoring.

**What do you like best about Khoros Social Media Management?**

In my organization we started using Khoros to efficiently provide answers to our customers' queries on various social platforms; organize, plan and publish content and perform analytics that can be critical in our decision-making around marketing. Khoros has pretty good customization capabilities, the calendar view is attractive and I like that there is an approval process because content can be reviewed before being published, it's an excellent feature.

**What do you dislike about Khoros Social Media Management?**

The only thing I find not very positive is that the campaign panels are so unintuitive to use, that it hinders and slows down the user's work sometimes.

**Recommendations to others considering Khoros Social Media Management:**

It is a unique platform when it comes to planning, organizing and publishing content on different social networks; it is easy to use; it has a good user interface and if cost is affordable for small and medium businesses. Recommended.

Khoros Marketing has helped us simplify everything when it comes to customer interaction and social media account management with little training requirements. Aesthetically it is excellent, makes it easy for new users to navigate and understand and speeds up the adoption of the platform in general. The reporting section is excellent; analytically it is powerful. Today it is fundamental in our decision making around marketing.

**What do you like best about Khoros Social Media Management?**

Unlike similar products we have explored, I can tell that Khoros was built by professionals who understand marketing strategies beyond social media. They have omnichannel integration and scalability as top priorities in their product roadmaps. With over 200 social media accounts and 40,000+ incoming conversations per month, the ability to share content and escalate issues efficiently amongst remote teams is extremely important; Khoros is the only platform we have used that has enabled us to do this successfully.

**What do you dislike about Khoros Social Media Management?**

At times, Khoros has been slow to onboard products that serve new social channel functionality i.e. analytics for Instagram reels or collaboration posts. But we have typically found manual processes to bypass those issues until they have updated their systems.

**Recommendations to others considering Khoros Social Media Management:**

Khoros is extremely customizable, making it great for teams who are willing to put in the time to not only create but also maintain updates and processes as social platforms/algorithms evolve.

Since we have so many social media accounts and incoming engagement/messages a day, it was extremely difficult to ensure a consistent brand voice and customer service process before having a single platform all teams could communicate on. Khoros has increased efficiency of our teams internally, and significantly improved the communication and problem solving experience for our customers which we have measured via engagement volume, sentiment, and NPS Scores.

I like the formatting and how it is laid out - my experience with other platforms similar to Khoros have not had the ability to manage community and responses as well as Khoros care does.

**What do you dislike about Khoros Social Media Management?**

I dislike that it is quite susceptible to glitches, my team have raised multiple tickets and my experience has been overall good, but things such as automatic tagging and queues are not as intuitive and need a lot of attention to detail as the system can easily miss these things.

Khoros marketing is good in that it does the job well and it's easy to navigate. But again, better for platforms such as Facebook and ad groups, I am yet to explore more of khoros with other platforms.

Khoros marketing is good that it shows conversation and notes + editing, which is a great tool. However i think the layout could be more user-friendly, for example Later does a great job.

**What do you like best about Khoros Social Media Management?**

It has taken our social media marketing to the next level in terms of organization, customer experience, and analytics reporting. In the end, this is an "enterprise-level" social media tool, and I think it's geared more toward companies much larger than ours. I appreciate the excellent customer service we get from the Khoros team — they're lightning fast in getting back to us about issues, although we're often directed to the Atlas community to basically troubleshoot ourselves.

**What do you dislike about Khoros Social Media Management?**

It can be buggy, which has created numerous embarrassing issues in the past when trying to share analytics with my supervisors and the very expensive product they paid for is not working the way it should. I dislike the huge cost, and am not sure it's justifiable for our company. I dislike the outdated, user-unfriendly analytics layouts that are not fun at all to work with.

Before Khoros, we were using a tool that met our calendar/publishing needs (for the most part), but didn't allow us to effectively respond to customer comments and messages in an organized way. That is the main problem Khoros has solved.

I like how easy it is to respond and find messages and transfer them to another coworker. I like how I can view the calendar and create plans and labels to track for the team.

I dislike how hard it is to pull data from responses and transform them into a more comprehensive report. It is so manual and wish it was more automated features. I also wish I could pull data directly from posts in the calendar or combine data from multiple posts in a campaign automatically. I wish publishing would be easier with a better ai and we don't have to manually push stories and reels.

I have solved some high level views and options in Khoros to report to higher execs that we didn't have access to before using Khoros. I like how I can create rules and labels to help my reporting.

What's most helpful about Khoros Marketing is the organization and workflow capabilities. The calendar management tool helps my team and I to have an overview of all messaging across platforms and accounts in one quick view.

Khoros is slow, at best. The features promised were not delivered at activation and the functions on the platform are limiting. For example, there is lack of social media posting capabilities available on the platform.

I appreciate the amount of customization available. I'm able to create the approval paths I need, and creating new labels for posts is simple. The number of widgets in the analytics section is also a bonus.

Unfortunately, I have to use another social media tool to publish/schedule to Instagram, because Khoros marketing is so limited and glitchy. It's very inconvenient.

I would probably explore other options. It's not bad, but it's certainly not the best.

The fact that we are given access to the most recent updates per platform. Being able to schedule content for all platforms makes my life easier and khoros has done that.

**What do you dislike about Khoros Social Media Management?**

Not being able to schedule a photo and video in the same post. Only can do multiple photos or multiple videos but not 1 of each in carousel posts. This would be nice for Instagram. It would be nice to be able to schedule videos for Pinterest and Idea Pins.

Being able to plan my content calendar out in advance. Utilizing labels when scheduling posts so when I want to create analytics reports it's very easy and takes no time at all.

The thing i like the most about Khoros is the organized calendar view across multiple accounts and the organization it gives me and my team.

Although I understand for security reasons, I don't love being logged out as frequently as I am, then having to re-login many times throughout the day.

We had managed several enterprise-level clients' accounts with Khoros for the better part of 5 years. At first, we had been able to easily provide nested approval workflows to a mid- to large-sized team from all over the world. Over time, the level of support and technical issues began to increase.

Their security breaches in early 2020 were also very concerning, resulting in all customers being completely locked out of the platform.

I enjoy the ability to save my most commonly used responses and quickly employ them when need be. Labels are nice as well, but figuring out how to input new ones and organize them took me so long.

I dislike the interface and the user flow in general. 

Things are not located where someone would think they'd be and settings are all over the place. Automatic posting is hit or miss and they always don't recognize when an asset actually is the correct dimensions, therefore making you post manually which completely defeats the purpose of using software like this. 

Even the way Khoros words things is confusing. When you say "Content" I would assume that's where we store images and videos to post later, not prewritten responses to use for consumer response.

We've also had many issues with trying to get set up with a tutorial/walkthrough, so I basically had to figure out this very complicated platform on my own with trial and error. If you're going to have a software with so many features, unique jargon, and complicated interfaces, at least make help easily accessible and readily available.

Make sure you consider all other options. If you don't need incredibly robust software, this platform probably isn't for you.

This program is made for me, since it is vital to my work shape. I can publish and schedule the content for daily tasks that must be performed. In addition, I can extract monthly reports very easily. Another element in favor of Khoros Marketing is its support, it is fantastic since they are always at the right time and the precise time to resolve any concerns.

I do not like that Khoros Marketing, is a bit tedious when configuring certain things, including labels. In addition to this, although it contains fabulous interactions I would like there to be much more synthesis of wanting to synchronize this software with Reddit. On the other hand, it would be great if I could know if I attached any SRT file to any video.

Specifically I must say that it is excellent for managing publications on many social media platforms, it has allowed me to be aware of the content and its management and influence on my clients. I also like it because I can mark specific comments that I consider important. As well as it is great to emphasize that the analysis of the reports of the pages that are managed in the social networks are deep and of excellent understanding.

Tag configuration is something that could not be resolved, although there have been constant updates. Training tutorials would be another element that should be assigned to gain a better understanding of the program. It is great for a visual person who needs to see all of the customers that have sent in messages. I like the additional features like adding notes and tagging certain posts so that they can be reported and sent to internal partners.

i may be a little bias considering i was an employee of spredfast for a few years, but it really is a great well rounded tool for managing all of a business's social media channels in one centralized location. conversations is a great platform for seeing all of your comments private messages and DMs at a glance as well as makes it easy to respond and record notes as you scroll through them. intelligence is a high-powered listening tool that allows you to searhc specific social accounts hashtags keywords and handles to get a pulse on the social sphere and see what users are talking about and what happens to be trending.

i dislike having to switch between the platforms as it sometimes will switch the initiative you are operating in, and can be dangerous as you may wind up posting to the wrong social account if you arent cognizant of it.

The things I like -

1. All 4 social media platforms can be found in one place (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Tumblr)
2. It is an easy to use platform, pretty intuitive.
3. Allows you to save your search. So if you ever need to go back and look up the same person, you do not have to re-do the entire search process. If it is saved, all you have to do it click and wait for it to load.

I don't think there is much that I dislike about it except that it lacks one of the MOST BASIC info and that is the number of followers a person has on a certain social media platform. I find it funny that they have all these insights but lack this one basic piece of information. if you are ever writing a report, you would want to include that info so I always have to look up their account and check their number of followers.

I would say - give it a try. It is a good source. I personally find it super easy to use. And I have always found whatever I was looking for.

Spredfast offers enough data in a quick pull to get what you need without having to sift through mass excesses of what you don't.  It's a very clean UI and easy to use -- interns can easily jump in if needed, and search strings aren't very touchy.

Sometimes I face issues with Spredfast not maintaining the settings that I've saved, rather defaulting to different options. There are also many different ways to go about doing the same thing, which can be both a good and bad thing.

The user experience is super easy to learn and manage. I have to teach 10ish people how to use the product in a few hours before they use and the product makes it easy to do. Our part time staff picks up the product in a very short amount of time making it very easy for me.  The customer service and staff at Spredfast are amazing and a reason we keep using them
