After going live with NetSuite, we had a large backlog of enhancements we wanted to implement into our environment, but did not have the internal bandwidth to take on all of the work. We engaged Keystone to help us implement new functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Keystone takes a professional and structured approach to learning your requirements, is willing to ask "why?", and provides options to achieve the desired requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Their approach takes longer than an internal resource conducting the work, but this was expected since they are not the internal experts, and better than some consultants we worked with in the past who were not as diligent and developed the solution(s) poorly. At times, communication would slip, but overall it did not cause issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the provider? What benefits have you realized?

Added functionality to our environment which helped staff realize process efficiencies and/or stronger reporting. This also improved staff satisfaction with the system and their day-to-day work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
