**Describe the project or task Keystone Business Services helped with:**

After going live with NetSuite, we had a large backlog of enhancements we wanted to implement into our environment, but did not have the internal bandwidth to take on all of the work.  We engaged Keystone to help us implement new functionality.

**What do you like best about Keystone Business Services?**

Keystone takes a professional and structured approach to learning your requirements, is willing to ask "why?", and provides options to achieve the desired requirements.

**What do you dislike about Keystone Business Services?**

Their approach takes longer than an internal resource conducting the work, but this was expected since they are not the internal experts, and better than some consultants we worked with in the past who were not as diligent and developed the solution(s) poorly.  At times, communication would slip, but overall it did not cause issues.  

**What problems is Keystone Business Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Added functionality to our environment which helped staff realize process efficiencies and/or stronger reporting.  This also improved staff satisfaction with the system and their day-to-day work.
