What I would like best about KeyFactor SignServer is its agility taking in our demands so quick and also professional support with which we were able to develop / set up our signing system meeting our customer's demand even without enough knowledge of ours at the beginning. I cannot blame KeyFactor, however since your pace of updating software is so fact that we cannot keep the exising version of SignServer software on our customer's environment and need to upgrade it a few months after its launch that is not prefereable for our customer.
