What do you like best about DefenseStorm?

I love the team at DS, they are always so polite and quick to respond. Whenever I need assistance, they are always there with answers. The interface is quite easy to navigate however I don't use GRID that often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DefenseStorm?

Still having a hard time with the querying and understanding the logs in DS. I tend to stary from GRID when there's a ticket open and look in the firewall instead as it can become very overwhelming very fast. Therefore, I don't use DS that often, only when a ticket is opened. What do you like best about DefenseStorm?

We are a relatively new client of theirs. One of the reasons that I chose them over other options was that they work exclusively work with financial institutions which allows them to focus on the unique requirements, regulations and needs of that industry. Their on-boarding team was great to work with. I had some concerns about noise and false alerts, but they have the system very well tuned and I did not have any issues with false alerts. What do you like best about DefenseStorm?

The direct customer interaction. They are always willing to adapt and provide what we need for the solutions we have with them. The onboarding was smooth. We have always had very qualified support people that have assisted with what we have needed. We have ongoing touch points instead of being signed up and forgotten. What do you like best about DefenseStorm?

They have alerted us to several potential issues before they became actual issues. Their staff are knowledgeable and helpful when you need them, which you hope is never. It may sound simple, but it is really easy to find information in the events view - no syntax knowledge required. Ultimately, what I like best about them is that I do not have to interact with them much, but when I do, it is for a valid reason. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DefenseStorm?

Defensestorm stands at the forefront of integrating cybersecurity and fraud prevention into a unified platform, extending into a proactive and systematic risk management system. We selected them over other industry players due to their deep technical understanding of the banking systems we utilize, from our core operations to our online banking platforms and the supporting technology ecosystem. Their extensive experience with unique banking technology players and the integrations required contributed to the efficiency and speed of our implementation. When we consulted various references for DefenseStorm and other platforms, it became clear that Defensestorm's references resonated with us like old friends. We quickly recognized that Defensestorm was genuinely designed for banking, which was evident from the community of CISOs we spoke with, to their knowledge of our technology ecosystems, and finally to their familiarity with the specific regulations we follow.

This foundation has fostered a true partnership, making us feel like we are in the fight together. Additionally, as we have continued to use the platform, Defensestorm has been quick to collaborate with us on adopting changes to enhance its effectiveness, working closely with our team to improve the products continuously. What do you dislike about DefenseStorm?

Cyberfraud is an emerging strategy in the financial industry, and DefenseStorm is one of the few companies leading the way. This pioneering approach brings unique challenges in integrating traditionally siloed areas. As we navigate this together, we face difficulties in breaking down these silos, from data utilization to the UI differences between cyber and fraud teams, and the variety of use cases to address.
