What do you like best about DefenseStorm?

I love the team at DS, they are always so polite and quick to respond. Whenever I need assistance, they are always there with answers. The interface is quite easy to navigate however I don't use GRID that often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DefenseStorm?

Still having a hard time with the querying and understanding the logs in DS. I tend to stary from GRID when there's a ticket open and look in the firewall instead as it can become very overwhelming very fast. Therefore, I don't use DS that often, only when a ticket is opened. What do you like best about DefenseStorm?

We are a relatively new client of theirs. One of the reasons that I chose them over other options was that they work exclusively work with financial institutions which allows them to focus on the unique requirements, regulations and needs of that industry. Their on-boarding team was great to work with. I had some concerns about noise and false alerts, but they have the system very well tuned and I did not have any issues with false alerts. What problems is DefenseStorm solving and how is that benefiting you?

With the risk module. Helping to bring everything together in one place. Making it much smoother to manage frameworks,assessments and evidence which will pay off tremendously when preparing for audits.

What do you like best about DefenseStorm?

They have alerted us to several potential issues before they became actual issues. Their staff are knowledgeable and helpful when you need them, which you hope is never. It may sound simple, but it is really easy to find information in the events view - no syntax knowledge required. Cyberfraud is an emerging strategy in the financial industry, and DefenseStorm is one of the few companies leading the way.
