What do you like best about Keeper Business Password Manager?

Keeper Business Password Manager have been very helpful in improving how our organization manages and secures business credentials. What I appreciate most is its centralized password management, strong security features, and ability to securely share credentials among team members without exposing sensitive information. It makes managing multiple accounts, applications, and administrative credentials much more efficient while reducing the risks associated with weak passwords and password reuse. It has integrations with browsers to easily click the right password for company known websites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keeper Business Password Manager?

Sometimes the browser extension does not automatically recognize login fields or correctly populate credentials on certain websites. It logs-out too soon and that you need to reenter authenticator and password again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Keeper Makes Password Sharing Easy Across Multiple Business Units"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Keeper Business Password Manager?

Keeper is a great solution for a somewhat large organization with many sharing aspects that need to be defined and accounted for. We have 3 business units, each with their own various departments, and then a central IT team that needs to keep tabs on the various access and passwords for all users. Keeper allows all of this to happen without any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keeper Business Password Manager?

The browser extension can be a little overwhelming at times. It's not a small notification and it gets in the way at times for fields that aren't even passwords or usernames. If it weren't such a hassle to turn on and off the extension each time, I would likely be doing that a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Time-Saving Password Manager with Seamless Auto-Fill"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Keeper Business Password Manager?

It's a simple single point place for all my passwords and integrates well with my day to day work. The auto population is super helpful and saves me a lot of time. I have no issues on how it performs. It really supports my logins across multiple platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keeper Business Password Manager?

I actually find all the features useful and there's not anything to date I would say I dislike. Possibly the dark colour scheme and the option for a light/dark mode when using at night, but that is minimal and a personal preference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple and reliable: excellent permission management, sharing, and support. Never a service disruption."
5/5
What do you like best about Keeper Business Password Manager?

Simple use, excellent management for administrators. Users can create their own private entries, organize them into folders, and share them with other users in the organization. Permissions can be managed accurately and precisely, entire folders can be shared, or a specific person can be added to the sharing. The support is good, and we often receive emails from their representatives and salespeople. The right price for the service offered. I have never encountered any service disruptions, excellent performance, therefore, I would define it as more than reliable. Intelligent suggestions for insecure passwords and related reports. Integrations available that I have not personally used at the moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keeper Business Password Manager?

There are no negative aspects that I feel like pointing out, I use the software daily with pleasure and have not encountered any limits or defects for the use I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Tried many different password managers, but this one works the best and gives features others didnt. "
5/5
What do you like best about Keeper Business Password Manager?

When employees start, they accept our terms. When they leave the company, we have ability to transfer the company related information to their manager. This has saved us lots of time trying to figure out how to get into things they did not transfer to another person before leaving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keeper Business Password Manager?

We had a few people that forgot their password. Only option I had was transfer the account delete it and let them re add it. If I have the ability to tranfer the account, I should have the ability to reset their password for them as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Valuable New Features, but Better Communication Would Help"
5/5
What do you like best about Keeper Business Password Manager?

We've begun using Keeper Secrets Manager within our development environment since my original post. It provides a secure and centralized way to manage application secrets, API keys, and credentials without hardcoding sensitive information into scripts or code repositories. From the perspective of me a security analyst, this has greatly helped reduce risk while supporting ours developers. We've also started using Keeper's One-Time Share and Self-Destructing Password features, which provide a secure way to internally and externally share credentials with contractors which while also limiting exposure and ensuring sensitive information isn't accessible longer than necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keeper Business Password Manager?

One area I'd like to see improved is communication around new features and capabilities. We've had to learn about several useful additions, such as Secrets Manager, One-Time Share, and Self-Destructing Passwords, primarily through webinars and internal word of mouth rather than direct outreach from our reps. I know my team would appreciate it if account representatives were more proactive in sharing new features and offering demos as they become available. Like many IT and security teams, we're busy and don't always have time to regularly explore the console, so proactive guidance would help ensure we're getting the most value from the platform. "Innovative, User-Friendly Password Manager—But Pricing Could Be Clearer"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Keeper Business Password Manager?

Innovative and easy to use.

We were looking for a replacement for LastPass and are glad we came across Keeper. The browser add-on works seamlessly, and the admin console is intuitive and easy to navigate.

As with any password management solution, adoption is critical. Keeper proved far easier for our organization, both in terms of rollout and integration. Our users especially appreciate features like the Security Audit, which highlights reused or weak passwords, and Breachwatch, which alerts them if their credentials appear on the dark web.

I haven't had the opportunity to engage with customer support yet, so I can't comment on that aspect. From an administrative perspective, however, the reporting tools are thorough and robust, making it teasy to identify who's using Keeper and how often.

Overall, Keeper password management simpler, more transparent, and more secure for our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keeper Business Password Manager?

Cost and Sales Experience

Keeper is still on the higher end of the pricing spectrum, so cost should be a part of the evaluation process. We did notice changes over time to their pricing and discounting approach, which initially made previous quotes and expectations difficult to align with renewal discussions.

That said, our experience this cycle was much better. Our new account rep was willing to work with us, understood our concerns, and we were ultimately able to come to an amicable agreement that made sense for both sides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keeper Business Password Manager?

The tool does not have major problems, it fulfills its purpose very well. But I miss some customizations, such as being able to edit or customize the display image of the registration icons. Support in Portuguese would be excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
