**What do you like best about KDG (The Kyle David Group)?**

Worked with Claudia as PM and Chad as Developer which were approachable, helpful, and listened well to what we tried to accomplish. The reporting on progress was always on time, what was promised was kept. A good experience with this service provider.

**What do you dislike about KDG (The Kyle David Group)?**

We established a budget for key components and ended up increasing twice to complete. Although reporting on progress against budget was transparent, for a smaller entity the expenses are a real stretch.

**Recommendations to others considering KDG (The Kyle David Group):**

Have your process description (sales, support, service etc) in great detail. Our requirements were particular to the point that they were "new" to KDG, additional time in understanding the requirements were needed, that time came off our budget we had established and subsequently I had to remove components so not to excessively exceed our funding.

**What problems is KDG (The Kyle David Group) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We moved to Zoho CRM and needed assistance in customizing various modules of the CRM to support our particular business needs.
