We hired KDG to implement Zoho One and specifically, Zoho CRM. They charged tens of thousands of dollars for a system that we can't use and are forced to abandon for a different program entirely. I would not hire them again nor recommend them to anyone looking for help with Zoho.
We were told the system was going live. It was not ready for customer use, and customer-facing quotes were generating with blank fields and placeholder text. KDG later acknowledged in writing that its "go-live" wording should not have suggested the system was ready.
The automation KDG demonstrated to us in its sandbox did not work in production, and we were never told in advance that there was a gap between the two. When we asked for it to be fixed, KDG treated it as new scope and estimated 6 to 12 billable hours. I fixed the core issue myself in about an hour.
Billing was the recurring problem. KDG assigned a project manager with no technical background who sat in on our calls, contributed nothing of substance, and billed us for his time. We paid an hourly rate for him to review our issues, then paid again for him and the technical staff to discuss them internally. Nearly every step short of actually thinking about the problem showed up on our invoices. Line items were generic and gave little insight into the work performed.
Estimates are not treated as caps, and we were charged for the time spent producing estimates. After I disputed one invoice, KDG issued a credit to bring it in line with the agreed ad-hoc rate. That should not have required a dispute.
Responsiveness was poor. Routine requests for demo recordings, workflow files, and template access took repeated follow-ups, and delays were attributed to internal staffing.
KDG built our Zoho Flow automations under its own account rather than ours. When that access was removed, the flows became unmapped, and we were told the repair would be billable.
When we withheld payment pending resolution of these issues, KDG stopped all work. Months later, even a simple request to update the electricians listed on our contract template was held, along with other open issues, until invoices cleared.
Some individual team members were courteous, and a few small requests were handled quickly. Overall, though, we paid for a system we could not rely on, from a vendor that seemed more focused on billable hours than on delivering a working product. The experience was bad enough that we have decided to abandon Zoho entirely and move to another platform, a decision driven almost entirely by KDG's implementation. If you are considering KDG, insist on fixed-scope pricing, ownership of every integration under your own accounts, and a documented production acceptance test before you accept "go-live."
