**What do you like best about Katipult?**

Bringing together investors, investment advisors and compliance on one platform makes it easy to track deal status and to manage subscription document issues. Having an audit of investors viewing documents is also helpful.

**What do you dislike about Katipult?**

The main issue we face are system bugs or downtime that seems to occur often. Overall platform stability is not great and sometimes we face these issues at really bust periods.

**What problems is Katipult solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Subscription documents are complex and getting investors to complete them correctly is not trivial. With Katipult, we can manage this online with better visibility for investors and our internal users. We can also reduce the back and forth between investors and our team which makes everyone happier.
