**What do you like best about Katico?**

The engagement and support from Katico, and the knowledge they bring to the project are unmatched. The project team was punctual, driven, passionate, and always pleasant.  Kate and her team thoughtfully, and professionally aided the team with role definition, and clear expectations to propel us to success .

**What do you dislike about Katico?**

The behavioral change for our staff is a challenge.  Lessons learned would be to incorporate some suggestions or solutions prior to rollout and end user testing for better adaptation.

**Recommendations to others considering Katico:**

The team went above and beyond to provide us with support and training after the rollout and continues to do so.

**What problems is Katico solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The goal of this project was to systematize our escalation and knowledge retention by adopting a platform to streamline our Helpdesk and knowledge base needs.
