I am able to recover abandoned carts, and customers can repeatedly order through WhatsApp thanks to their ecommerce integration. Their expert team set up our complete ecommerce store on WhatsApp, which includes in-app WhatsApp payments with Razorpay and integration with Shopify. Ominiflow also sends our order status on WhatsApp, so clients can repeat orders on the same platform without needing to search for our website. **What do you dislike about Ominiflow?** I think they should establish their office in UAE, maybe in Dubai. My CEO would like to visit their office, but right now I have to go to India for that. If something breaks, they come to us and support us on call or via Gmail.
