TrulySmall (TS) Accounting is a time-saving accounting application that automates bookkeeping tasks for small business owners. Using machine learning, TS Accounting categorizes and reconciles expenses with bank and credit card transactions, and provides accurate, complete, and real-time reports in one-click. In addition to automatic reconciling, TS Accounting also provides OCR and receipt-matching. Simply drop an image of a receipt in the Inbox and TS Accounting will automatically match it to a transaction. The platform also includes smart Invoicing that will match deposits and payments to customer records. What do you like best about TrulySmall Accounting?

Well for starts, it is very easy to understand and navigate through, I had no stress with figuring out how it works. It's very diverse as well providing currencies of all kinds and having diverse features, the fact I can connect to my business bank account for automatic transactions and bookkeeping was mind blowing, and to top it all off it's very affordable, so I'd definitely recommend it's been a life saver to my farming business accounts. What do you like best about TrulySmall Accounting?

I really like the fact that TrulySmall Accounting is very intuitive and easy to use. I also like the fact that the dashboard allows me to see an overall financial picture of my business without a lot of manual input on my part. What do you dislike about TrulySmall Accounting?

I really don't have any dislikes. It would be nice if it were a little less expensive but the yearly pricing seems to be in keeping with other similar software that offers what I am looking for. What problems is TrulySmall Accounting solving and how is that benefiting you?

TrulySmall Accounting allows me to keep up with my business accounting without entering a lot of information manually. With other software, I have found that there are always bank transactions or something else that I need to enter manually. When I fall behind with entering this information, as I typically do, my accounting becomes inaccurate and it prompts me to not utilize the software. TrulySmall Accounting allows me to import all of my key accounts and keeps them accurately updated. When I go to my account, even if I have not been as attentive as I should be, my balances and transactions are still accurate and give me a full, current financial picture. What do you like best about TrulySmall Accounting?

It's pretty much flawless at keeping track of invoices. Adding new clients is simple, and the actual act of creating invoices for those clients and sending them off is quick and easy. Whenever a client pays me, I can register that within 2 clicks. I don't have to do any special tracking of taxes paid, it handles that for me. I can create my own categories of invoices if necessary. What do you dislike about TrulySmall Accounting?

It still feels a little bit expensive for what it is, but this might simply be my lack of experience with comparable pieces of accounting software. This application also works great to take a count of everything that was received and spent and easily pass it on to your accountant/bookkeeper during tax season!
