Kaltura is a reliable and high-quality media management system. Its uptime is very good, as we really do not have many, if any, outages. The management and customer-facing interfaces are easy to use and very intuitive. Our's is integrated with Canvas, but I have also used Kaltura with Blackboard and D2L. For every use case Kaltura is able to deliver a video platform with cutting edge solutions. Setting up and integrating Kaltura is also fairly simple. I love the platform's ease of use both as a creator at the university and as a manager working with our instructional designers and professors and providing access to all available when using Kaltura. The Blackboard integration is seamless, and they are consistently working with us to update the services. The PATH tool is a unique way to engage students with our video content, and the Kaltura quizzing feature is a great tool for knowledge checks throughout a course that ties directly to the grade book. I use it daily to review videos created by my team, and when I run into issues, the team at Kaltura always goes above and beyond to resolve the issues and get us back on track.
