KaiHub Reviews & Product Details

KaiHub is a lightweight performance management platform built for managers who are tired of tracking their team in spreadsheets but don't need — or can't afford — enterprise software like Salesforce or Workday. Most performance management tools are designed for HR departments, not for the manager actually running the team day to day. They're expensive, complex, and take months to implement. KaiHub takes three minutes. With KaiHub you can: Build your full org hierarchy with unlimited agents, teams and sub-teams Define KPIs and track them across any time period with trend charts and targets Get automatic RAG (Red / Amber / Green) status per agent per period Log notes, events and milestones in a private Manager Journal Generate AI-written performance summaries for every agent, team and your whole organisation — monthly and annually Run year-end appraisals with auto-scoring and one-click PDF export Import an entire team's KPI data in seconds via CSV bulk import Manage tasks with due dates, priorities, categories and email reminders One flat price. No per-seat fees. No implementation consultant. No six-month rollout. KaiHub is ideal for call centre managers, sales team leads, operations managers and any manager running a team of 5 to 200 people who wants clarity on performance without the complexity or cost of enterprise software. 14-day free trial. No credit card required.
