**Describe the project or task K Force Professional Staffing helped with:**

I was able to learn new customer service skills in a Lab setting. I worked with a team at a patient service center collecting patient information and helping with billing inquiry. Also collecting payments for past due debt, making deposits and recording payments and doing a daily closeout. The supervisor and team were enjoyable to work with. It was a busy fast paced office. The most difficult part of the job was talking to patients about an old debt. It could also be the most rewarding part of the job when I was able to help them get the problem resolved, following company policy.

**What do you like best about K Force Professional Staffing?**

Kforce was quick to return my call, evaluate what I was searching for and update us with reasonable candidates.

**What do you dislike about K Force Professional Staffing?**

The only thing for improvement was that it was a smaller staffing agency and I wish they had a larger reach with candidates with a few additional backgrounds.
