I was able to learn new customer service skills in a Lab setting. I worked with a team at a patient service center collecting patient information and helping with billing inquiry. Also collecting payments for past due debt, making deposits and recording payments and doing a daily closeout. The supervisor and team were enjoyable to work with. It was a busy fast paced office. The most difficult part of the job was talking to patients about an old debt. It could also be the most rewarding part of the job when I was able to help them get the problem resolved, following company policy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
