**What do you like best about Juris Collect?**

I like how the product has a lot of functionality to accommodate all types of different companies that we analyze.

**What do you dislike about Juris Collect?**

I don't love how the product is complex to use and has a challenging user interface.

**What problems is Juris Collect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Juris Collect is helping me and my team solver complex financial statement analysis. It has saved us time and made the process more efficient.

**What do you like best about Juris Collect?**

The capability to enter collection notes and send collection letters and run reports as it was promoted. However this is not the case as 

**What do you dislike about Juris Collect?**

The constant errors, reports run inaccurate information, only 5 collection reports out of the 900 plus reports included. The lack of training or information available to customize collection letters and the overall  design is not very user friendly.

**Recommendations to others considering Juris Collect:**

Really do your homework when it comes to this software. They promise a lot of things and yet when we installed half of the features didn't work and still to this day we have had almost no resolution and we are on 3 years. We have our hands tied since we paid for the software so buyer beware. 

**What problems is Juris Collect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well since the software has not worked since we installed 2.83 we cannot solve any of our collections issues. The engineers are not able to provide answers and their follow up in terms of our issues are sub par at best and their lack of knowledge of their own software is astounding.
