**What do you like best about Juniper vSRX?**

The support which we get from the Juniper network while implementing and the configuration assistance is next level. The support team is available to help at all times if you are facing issues in Cloud implementation.

**What do you dislike about Juniper vSRX?**

To manage the device in the virtual environment, one would need training, and a user with no technical background won't be able to handle the machine.
Administration of vSRX devices needs technical expertise.

**What problems is Juniper vSRX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The cost of operation, which is required for an on-premise data center, that cost is primarily reduced as it is hosted in a public space, and one doesn't need to worry about the downtime of the device.
