What do you like best?

Juniper Square effectively allows you to create an institutional-calibre, accurate, client-friendly investor relations platform. The ability to store and apply information applicable investor onboarding, reporting, distributions, etc means significant cost/time savings, and a much higher fidelity experience for investors. What do you dislike?

The initial onboarding of our investor subscription document process was a little less "customize-able" than I would have liked, which required some back and forth with our lawyers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

JS allows you to create a top-quality investor portal without the headcount, time commitment, and significant resourcing one would otherwise require. As a recently formed investment manager, this is a hugely valuable leg up in allowing us to efficiently scale our business.
