Judgify has been a game-changer for our annual awards process at Women in Banking and Finance (WiBF). I love how simple, reliable, and easy to administer it is, making the entire process more accessible for both our members submitting nominations and the judges reviewing them. It keeps everything centralized and organized, streamlining what used to be a very time-consuming process. The user experience is smooth even for those not particularly tech-savvy. I greatly appreciate that it removes so much manual admin, providing a nice experience for both our team and the wider WiBF community. The structured scoring helps keep judging aligned and comparable across categories, letting us see at any time what’s submitted, what’s being judged, and what’s outstanding. When cloning an event it would be great to be able to update a category title without having to reset all linked elements and rebuild the category from scratch. It would be ideal if we could update the category title while keeping all attached elements intact, rather than having to reset and rebuild that category. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use Judgify for our annual awards program, and it’s been a very smooth experience year after year. I love that we can easily copy the previous year’s event setup with minimal adjustments — it saves a lot of time. The platform is intuitive for our members to submit their entries, and the judging process is straightforward and well-organized. It’s also great that we can include images with submissions, which makes entries more engaging. The system itself is very reliable, and while support responses can sometimes be delayed due to time differences, the team is always helpful and works hard to resolve any issues quickly. The main challenge I’ve experienced with Judgify is that the platform can sometimes be slow to respond. It can also be a bit confusing to ensure that judges are properly connected to the correct entries, especially for those new to the system. There’s a bit of a learning curve when setting up the judging assignments and training new users, as it takes some time to make sure everything is linked correctly. Used Judgify for the Academy of Chocolate awards for awards management in the past 3 years. Good onboarding process, and the support from professional services team has been excellent. When there's a problem or issue identified, the response is fast and the issue gets resolved very quickly - even at weekends! Also the Judgify team has been helpful to figure out workarounds with us when something cannot be easily done in Judgify (due to the complexity of how the awards need to be run, rather than any major shortfalls in Judgify) The user interfaces for entrants and judges are intuitive and easy to use - we have received positive feedback from the judges on the user experience. The judges like to see the selected information on the entry and the scoring fields on the same window. Very useful to be able to have payment integration (and that's not difficult to implement), and also create different submission forms and scoring forms for different categories. Nothing to dislike but there are a few potential areas for improvements:

(1) In the submission form, if the entrant changes from one category to another, and the set of questions are different, then the mandatory questions can be left blank when the submit button is pressed rather than not allowing the submission to go ahead because it's a required field.

(2) There's no way to track any partial refund of the submissions, or withdrawal of an order that has cancelled payment.

(3) Would be useful to be able to save reports with a subset of data fields in particular order, so we don't have to re-select the fields when we need to run different reports.

(4) Would be useful to have some further real-time status reports to allow the organiser to see the progress, without having to resort to exporting the data into CSV files and generating the status reports in another software. Or if there's API or scheduled download available to allow integration with a reporting/BI software.

(5) If the judging rounds can be applicable by category or group of categories, rather than across all categories. eg we have different start/end periods for different categories, and so the round 2 of one category may overlap round 1 of another category, and currently there's no way of having 2 different rounds running concurrently on Judgify even though they are different categories. I’m not a tech genius, so I love how simple the dashboard is. It didn't take me forever to figure out how to set up our awards page. Also, our judges actually like using it because they can see everything they need to score on one screen without clicking around a million times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The reports are okay, but not easy to use. I usually end up just downloading everything into Excel so I can move things around myself. It’s not the end of the world, but it’d be nice if I could just organize the data better inside the actual site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about Judgify is how it elevates the entire awards entry process, making it look and feel more professional. Before using the platform, we handled everything manually, which was very time-consuming. Judgify has helped us streamline the process, making it easier for entrants to submit, for us to manage, and for our sponsors to judge their categories. While judgify is still by far the best choice for us given it's pricing, there are a couple of improvements that would make things easier for us:

We are organizing a B2B event for the event industry, and participating companies submit a few dozen competition entries. With Judgify, submitting an entry is easy. From the judges’ perspective, it is also simple to evaluate the entries using Judgify. The system saves time, which makes it good value for money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In an ideal situation, we would like to create different forms for the various categories of our competition. However, this does not seem to be possible—at least not with our version of Judgify. I have used Judgify for 6 years. I like that it is customizable. I like that it is one platform for our participants to submit their nominations and for the judges to review the submissions and enter their scores. The integrated payments also makes it easy for our participants. I also like that our awards program can be cloned so I don't have to set it up from complete scratch each year. We've been using Judgify for our awards and competitions, and it's been a game-changer. The platform is super flexible and brings everything we need into one easy-to-use system.
