How much does Judgify cost in 2026?

According to G2 data, Judgify pricing in 2026 starts at $699.00 and can reach $2,399.00 depending on the selected plan. Pricing may vary based on billing terms or usage, so users should review the Judgify Ltd.'s official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is Judgify pricing best suited for?

Judgify's pricing is best suited for small businesses and non-profit organizations running annual awards programs, which represent the overwhelming majority of G2 reviewers. The Pro one-time tier fits organizations hosting a single annual event with moderate submission volumes, common among media production, civic, and design-industry reviewers on G2. Pro Unlimited suits organizations running multiple recurring events yearly, such as HR or membership associations. The free Basic tier works for very small or volunteer-run programs with minimal categories, as noted by a healthcare non-profit reviewer who managed within free-tier constraints with vendor assistance. Enterprise pricing targets larger organizations needing white-label branding, multilingual support, and unlimited scale, reflected in architecture and consumer services enterprise-segment reviews.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Judgify?

Judgify's free Basic tier caps events at 100 submissions, 5 categories, 5 MB file uploads, and 1 private judging round, with only self-serve support at a 24-hour response time. Judgify's paid plans remove these constraints significantly: the Pro tier ($699 one-time) raises limits to 500 submissions, 25 categories, 50 MB uploads, up to 5 judging rounds, 1 public voting round, flexible entry fee setup, and 6-8 hour support. Pro Unlimited ($2,399/year) extends Pro features across unlimited events. Enterprise adds unlimited submissions, categories, judging and voting rounds, 250 MB uploads, white-label custom domain, multilingual support, and 2-4 hour response times. G2 reviewers note that cloning events and payment integration are key upgrade drivers.

Is Judgify considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers broadly consider Judgify good value, particularly at the Pro tier. Multiple reviewers in media production, non-profit management, and HR cite it as more affordable than custom-built or competing platforms, with one journalism contest administrator noting Judgify's per-entry fees were significantly less than annual maintenance on their previous custom system. A media production reviewer explicitly called it 'the best choice given its pricing.' Some friction exists: a few non-profit and enterprise reviewers flag pricing as steep, and one design-industry reviewer felt the price didn't always reflect services received given extra transaction and batch-download fees. Overall, high ratings paired with consistent value mentions signal strong cost-to-value performance for small businesses running annual awards.

"Judgify has provided a complete awards management system that has met all the needs of my clients"

What do you like best about Judgify?

I have used Judgify several times, initially on the Audio Production Awards (run by AudioUK) and more recently for the Feedback Interview of the Year, organised by an independent radio production company for the BBC. It has always provided everything we needed for my clients, a simply way to submit and process entries, a straightforward process for judges, and what I always found to be pretty good Support when I did have questions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Judgify?

I would like more clarity about the 'onboarding fee' when presented with the various plan options. Whatever the product or service I just want straightforward prices, no hidden or negotiable extras, especially compulsory ones! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Judgify?

We’ve been using Judgify for the past few years, and it has worked well for us. Setup and implementation have been straightforward overall, and we’ve run into only minimal issues along the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Judgify?

We'd love to see an updated user interface. A refreshed interface would not only enhance usability but also reinforce confidence in the platform for entrants and judges. As a not-for-profit, we would also welcome more affordable pricing options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
