Jottacloud provides an efficient cloud drive service, with not much advanced bells and whistles, but being a simple to use and functional option, it works very well as a lightweight alternative to rival services, like OneDrive or Google Drive. Due to its straightforward approach, it has an easier implementation on the desktop version, which is less prone to eventual conflicts or problems when syncronizing files. The web version is also friendly, fast and a breeze to use and manage, files an backups. Jottacloud is easy to use, very fast to load the files since it does not limit the speed of uploads and downloads. It has excellent multimedia features. Its history of file versions is unlimited and offers good features in terms of privacy and security. I also like that it allows me to upload several files simultaneously. The customer service is not very fast. I had a question about the installation and it took them several days to answer it, however, the answer did not clarify my doubt and I had to scale the ticket again to solve the problem.
