What do you like best about Jotform AI Agents?

They were helpful in encouraging my clients to provide more details, especially in situations where the client initially gave only limited information. This made it easier for me to gather the information I needed they also interacted well and made it seem like the survey was a personal conversation. Also when i was unavailable to talk to my clients, i had the jotform link on my page that they could access anytime, my clients used it often. Also the feature of ai sending emails without me even to click a button worked great. It was so easy to be set up to all i had to do was train the agent and i just put in my website link and it extracted all the information from there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform AI Agents?

The platform’s AI-driven form customization saves hours of manual work while ensuring each form adapts to the specific needs of our participants. The main drawback I’ve noticed is that while the AI logic is powerful, setting up more advanced conditional workflows can require additional trial and error. For instance, if I need to create multi-layered decision trees for complex resource referrals, I sometimes have to go back and adjust the AI prompts or form logic several times before it works exactly as intended. Additionally, I would like to see more built-in templates tailored for nonprofit intake and community outreach programs — many existing templates are geared toward corporate use, so some customization is always needed on our end. What do you like best about Jotform AI Agents?

I really like how easy Jotform AI is to set up, how you can integrate other forms and also the voice feature along with being able to connect the ai to my socials so it can also respond to those messages. I mostly get scammers messaging my page on Facebook now days so it’s great that the ai can detect that it is a scam and behave appropriately. Maybe the scammers will stop once they realise they don’t have any chance of reaching a human. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform AI Agents?

There are still a few bugs here and there however this is expected for a fairly new product. Sometimes my ai does go off script or decides not to use the knowledge I have provided it in the knowledge bank which is a little annoying and there doesn’t seem to be a way to fix this at the moment. Also I have had to get rid of my ai on my instagram account as the ai get responding to a group chat I was in. I wish there was a way to filter the types of chats the ai can respond to. As for your issue with the AI Agent, you can try refining your knowledge base into shorter, clearer Q&A-style snippets and avoid long paragraphs. You can also add fallback instructions like "Always refer to the knowledge base" in the knowledge base.

Jotform's Instagram Agent does allow you to filter responses in its settings. You can choose whether the agent replies to All DMs or DMs with keywords. You can also enable Excluded Categories, so your agent will reply to all DMs except the ones you exclude. What do you like best about Jotform AI Agents?

I first tested it just as a review video for my YouTube Channel. Later a client wanted a chatbot and I recommended it to him. He later commented that it looked "sexy". I like the fact that it's very easy to use just by writing prompts. It also gives you the ability to adequately train your agent with your own data. It's also extremely easy to integrate on NoCode platforms like WordPress (which most of my clients use). You don't have to have coding knowledge to use it. It's also very easy for my clients to manage. Above all, the responses of the agent are very accurate and helpful.

Implementing it for any use case is also really easy. On the client side, it's also very easy for website visitors to use because it pops up on the website when cliecked and the user interface is really beginner-friendly.

A client built an MVP with JotForm for a particular luxury industry and how he's pitching it to potential clients who are all very interested. That's so awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The agents are able to fix and add their own conditions when you provide the right prompt. They also integrate smoothly with the dost, which I appreciate. What I really love is that you can give them any source to crawl, whether it's a website, a PDF, or even a YouTube video. Also the customer support is great! What do you dislike about Jotform AI Agents?

The agents can occasionally become confused, which I suspect is due to the complexity or number of conditions and instructions involved. When there are conflicting conditions, I'm not certain the AI is able to recognize them yet. There have been times when I've had to repeat an instruction, and even then, it didn't always get it right. The responses were sometimes inaccurate as well. "Powerful AI Agent, but Session Tracking is Deeply Flawed"
What do you like best about Jotform AI Agents?

Jotform’s AI Agents are fantastic for handling simple customer questions before human intervention is needed. I really appreciate how seamlessly they can integrate with forms to create customer tickets and offer a smooth, automated experience. What do you dislike about Jotform AI Agents?

Unfortunately, the way sessions are tracked is a major issue. Sessions are counted every time the agent loads on a page, even if a customer never interacts with it. This means one visitor browsing multiple pages can easily burn through 10 sessions just by navigating your site, which is absolutely appalling. My monthly session limit runs out quickly because of this misleading setup.

I paid for a full year, and it was never made clear that “sessions” actually meant page loads rather than true user interactions. By definition, a session should represent a series of events, not a single page view. This tracking method feels unfair, confusing, and not at all transparent.

A session refers to a continuous period of interaction between a user and a system. It begins when the user starts engaging (for example, opening a site or app) and ends when they leave or are inactive for a set time.

So, by definition, a session is meant to capture a series of related events or actions within one visit, not every individual page load. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Besides the interface for configuring the AI Agent is really friendly, I found really nice the customization options in terms of Avatar, voice speaking language and even speaking accent! To be honest, I havent found so far any negative item about jotforms, I asked my studing to test each single AI agent I have built so far and they are really delighted! I don´t consider to be a miss that it´s not able to answer a given question by thye moment it notifies me about and I have the final word on how relevant would be to add knowledge for that missing topic or not, so not really a miss to me! What do you like best about Jotform AI Agents?

Easy-to-use AI Agents, such as the Gmail Agent or form builder/helper agents have reduced my time spent personally on organizing and completing work, drafting emails, etc. Receiving a lot of emails each day, the AI Agent organizes them with labels and has drafts completed - most drafts I ended up re-writing, but it does help ensure nothing is missed or forgotten about. It created some new labels that I hadn't thought about, which were also useful.

Overall, it was easy to implement the integration and it runs without me having to engage directly with it, so it is constantly used with no interruption to my day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform AI Agents?

It's a work-in-progress. The pros outweigh the cons, but for instance, the draft emails are often discarded - they don't match my writing style and it has a hard time realizing that a forwarded email or group email doesn't need a verbatim restatement of the initial email.
